The hotel is beautiful and in a really great location. There are many shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The blinds in the room don't block out sunlight so we were woken up early each morning. The breakfast is very basic with only a few options. However, it is in line with the cost of the hotel.

Room had character, has a lush garden, close to everything in Nimman. Staff is so friendly!!!!

the bathroom smelled like sewage. you get over it, and I’m sure there is nothing they could really do about it. Pool was freezing.

They don't allow smoking in all area even in your own balcony .The smoking area is in front of the hotel where the hotel guest is waiting or passing ..not good for smoker

Really friendly, polite and helpful reception staff. The masseuses they called for my two massages were excellent and mindful of old injuries, very professional. The room was simple yet clean and comfortable. The garden was beautiful kind of like an urban jungle away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was very large and pleasant, surrounded by all the mature trees and plants all around, like a little oasis.

What makes this hotel appealing is also its downside, there are quite a few loud planes several times a day and early morning. It's also on the older side and could use a lick of paint and a few reparations here and there. But the central location, friendliness of the staff and the pool garden really make up for that.

The hotel is stunning and in a great location. 10 minutes drive away from the old town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. 7 eleven and Tesco lotus are a minute away if that. Pool area is very nice and the jungle vibe it gives off

Amazing staff, nice breakfast, great location really close from the maya mall and city center with lots of restaurants and cafés. The resort itself is quiet and peaceful. Sunbed and the pool was under good maintenance and clean condition. The room was clean and spacious. For someone whomput a great importance in cleanness of bathroom, it was very satisfactory. Though we had an issue with AC on our first night but the staff was kind enough to change our room. Really value for money and my stay was obviously beyond the expectations. Late check out service is also available with extra charge which was also affordable. Would like to come back next time.

AC was not working in our room, wish the maintenance could be done before the check-in. However staffs were very kind enough to move our room promptly.

The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve ever slept on! The location was fantastic! very peaceful from the outside busy street.

The location is great, easy accessible. It is a special place with tropical atmosphere, lots of green and giving a cozy atmosphere. All in all a great place, we came back already 4 or 5 times.

when having a room with 2 single beds, then the beds are quite small. there was no safe in our room the shower curtains are too small, they should reach the floor, due to being short there is always water flooding into the bathroom/toilet. Lack of international TV stations WIFI was poor in our room

Wonderful stay, breakfast was variable but in general good. Only issue we had were very loud kids in the pool right outside our room for one full day, but otherwise it was a good stay and we even extended the time there. The rooms are large, attractively decorated and well appointed.

The beds were very firm, so make sure that you are comfortable with that. We slept well so it didn't deter from our comfort. Kids next door to us and in the pool ruined our peace and quiet but only for one day.
