- Beautiful property, unique with vintage style hotel. - Huge room customized with everything that is required during the stay. - Location is great with a few bars, restaurants & massage spas in the vicinity. - Private car parking space with security guard to guide you during night hours. - Polite, courteous and approachable staff. - Hi-Speed Wi-Fi connectivity. - House keeping was carried out daily and the room was immaculately set. - Comfortable bed & huge washroom with all toiletries. - Breakfast was humongous with huge variety of meals. 8-9 hot meals from various parts of thailand which included rice, soups, etc. (100% NON VEGETARIAN). Every dish had meat, chicken or egg). ABSOLUTELY NO OPTION AVAILABLE FOR VEGANS EXCEPT FOR WHITE BREAD & JAM.

Just one feedback on the breakfast selection options. My wife is a vegetarian and all the 8-9 hot meals were non vegetarian meals. Even the salads had egg or fish. Only white bread slice was available for her as even fried rice had eggs in it. It is suggested to atleast have 1-2 vegetarian dishes out of the 12 dishes displayed for breakfast.

The bathroom door is old and makes a loud noise every time when the door closes.

The breakfast is a big collection of Thai food, which are tasty and even better than many Thai food restaurants. There are also some western style selections, e.g. salad, ham, sausages. The bar also supply various drinks for the breakfast, e.g. coffee, soda drinks. The location is good, close to Nimman business area and Chiangmai university. The staff are very kind, especially the boss who can speak Chinese very well.

One drawback is that it is not too far away from Chiangmai airport so you can hear the noise from the airplanes.

The staff are very friendly and kind. The breakfast buffet was so delicious and had so many dishes to eat. All the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and fancy. It has many beautiful paintings.

The atmosphere of breakfast resturant is great, foods are tasty and coffee is awesome.

We have big luggages with us, the elevator stop in between floors, so need to carry luggage up or down the stairs. This area near airport, you can hear every airplane passby clearly.

Everything good. Breakfast leaned towards Thai style, but then most guests were Thai. Rooms clean, spacious, comfortable. Lovely quirky feel to this place. Staff all seem very happy to work here and that's always a positive.

I have stayed here about 5 times. Room is clean and very nice. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is variety and delicious. I appreciate food here, especially Thai northern style in buffet. Location is very good and near many good restaurants.

Breakfast is very excellent, I love the local food they serve for breakfast. And there are big windows in the restroom.

Amenities in the restroom is just a few things, and hot water is quite delay, but when the hot water comes it is very very hot.

All around excellent value. Very comfortable, good breakfast and great location.

Somewhat tight parking, but hotel staff is there to assist.
