Millennium Hotel Taichung

The room was very spacious, elegantly decorated, high-end amenities, a perfect bathroom. The breakfast was one of the best I've experienced in the entire East Asia in 5-6 years of trips to the region. High-quality, fresh ingredients, very well-made dishes and a great versatility of offerings. The check-in/check-out was very smooth and friendly.

It's not a major problem, but the fact the restaurant stops serving food at 9:00 or 9:30 and asks the guests to leave the restaurant area way before mid-night, was not pleasant.

Love the breakfast and the variety. Excellent service from staffs. Very friendly and efficient.

The club lounge is a bit disappointing in food choices as well as drinks. Need some improvement. Otherwise, multiple nights stay become a bit monotonous.

it was not possible to order room with extra bed. limited opportunities for dinner at the hotel. we were not informed that breakfast differs different days, so missed breakfast one day.

Location was superb, and the staff were very friendly.

The bathtub was a little broken, and some of the silicone lining the tiles were a little moldy. The devil is in the details

The room was very comfortable, particularly the bed. The bathroom was large and had a double sink, as well as, a bath and separate shower. It felt luxurious. The staff were very welcoming and provided lots of support, which was very helpful with our baby. The breakfast was good and the lounge was a comfortable space. We liked walking around the neigbourhood. It is convenient for parks, cafes, malls and the theatre.

The breakfast menu did not appear to change over the course of our stay. The food available in the lounge was not the most appetising and the coffee could have been nicer.

The hotel amenities are really up to standard. The breakfast is done quite well and the room service was delivered with a smile. The Millennium hotel really services like a 5 star business hotel.

Cleanliness of room. Location.

this room has no view at all. It was facing the apartment behind and we had to keep our curtains drawn the moment we enter the room till when leave. The toilet is sectioned from a the room by means of a clear glass pane. There was a blind to provide privacy but the light just shone thru. This means that you cannot leave a little light on in toilet so that you will not fall in the night as the whole room would be lighted.

Good location! very clean and spacious! courteous staff with excellent services!
