This is by far , the best hotel I’ve been to lately . The hotel management is after your satisfaction not after your money . From the minute you arrive , they will take your car to park for free and carry your luggage up to your room . Breakfast is incredible, excellent coffee. Unbeatable view & location . Aybars , the receptionist is the best . Housekeeper with a nice smile served us her best . Surprisingly, the beach isn’t in front of the hotel , but discovered this was a pleasant surprise, they take you with a free shuttle boat for the remote beach , it’s paradise, with all the facilities for free . You can have lunch and drinks for reasonable price. The beach captain and chef were great . Try their pizza , delicious. Alesta Yacht, thank you so much for this hassle free and super nice vacation .

Service from front desk was superb. Helpful and efficient - very friendly and professional. they helped with a number of matters including organising a fantastic airport transfer at great price. Location brilliant for amenities, old market and marina. Wifi was good and easy to connect to Bathroom was great - modern, clean with good shower and lovely bath Room decor was great and views across bay were lovely. Free transfer to private beach looked great - we didn't have time to go but seemed easy to arrange and very beautiful Breakfast choice was good - fruit, pastries, hot and cold options.

The air con was facing high temperatures but it was not as effective as I would have liked. It turned itself off ad hoc and you had to contact reception to reset. The breakfast area was uncomfortably hot - there was air unit at one end and plenty of fans but they blew hot air. Its on a rooftop and would have been lovely to have leisurely breakfast but instead was quick dash. Pool is tiny - more of a dip option than anything you could spend time in or laze by. Pet hate of universal soap/shampoo option - hotel of this calibre should offer more indulgent toiletries

Nice room, convenient location, lovely view, friendly personal. They allowed us to check in at 10 am instead 2pm. Very kind from them.

Breakfast wasn't very good quality, not very well organised. Many staff but not enough attention to details.

Very pretty room, with fabulous view. Very light and positive. Super clean. Nice staff at reception and at the restaurant. The restaurant is great - both in terms of food and in terms of the view.

Hair dryer is outdated and works only for several minutes. If you have long hairs - bring your own hair dryer. The bathroom supplies are not 4*, it’s just an all-in-one «nivea » or « dove » or smth like that.

The staff was totally friendly and responsive to our problems and questions. A big advantage of this hotel is that there is a water shuttle to their own beach at least 3 times a day (sometimes it was even 5 times). The beach is good and water there is ok. Breakfast is continental with different kinds of food - eggs, omelette, a lot of olives and cheese, fruit, vegetables, bakery, jam, sauce, cereals, local dish -burek which we really enjoyed and beverages. We were full each morning. In the evening the restaurant is working with delicious seafood and fish. The room was not big but for us such a size is ok.

A tough situation with toothpaste and toothbrushes in the hotel:) Once not properly checked the bill in the restaurant in the evening and we were given the wrong beverage in the bill. So be careful!

Excellent breakfast. Very helpful young man at reception and friendly porter.

Very disappointing upstairs evening restaurant. No barman avIlable for drinks. Finally a half size Virgin Mary was produced by someone from downstIrs. Uncooked chocolate souffle which I reported. Wine very expensive and double the price that it is in England! I have stayed here twice previously so was very disappointed in the restaurants.

Its in the perfect location for a stay after a sailing holiday. We had had to book another room because we had to return early as my husband was unwell and both rooms, one in the hotel and one in the Alesta Apartments were very good. The breakfast was also good and plentiful , one complaint - please get that coffee machine sorted out. The staff were exceptional, directed me to the local hospital and while we were away moved our luggage to our other room. I can't praise the them enough. Having their assistance made a difficult situation much easier. Looking forward to our return next year

Great location for access to the marina. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are immaculate. Great views from the sea view rooms. Restaurant was open until 11pm on the night we arrived at 9.30pm. Easy access to Fethiye old town.
