the staff have obviously been very well trained. without exception everyone smiled and said hello, even the gardeners and cleaners. it felt like a very friendly place to stay. a great credit to the resort manager whom we met a couple of times and who was always working, checking things and cleaning tables as well as talking to guests. an excellent example and he has built a great team. well done sir!

The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good. Great variety of different tastes the jiuces and fresh fruits were soooo good and refreshing. The different pools (salt water, fresh water and adult) and the beach were all enjoyable and safe although the water was a bit chilly temperature in January. Service and sraff in all areas were fantastic.

Did not enjoy the mud bath as I found it boring and the setting was not that relaxing…..

The bars, menu choices, pools, beach, and water sports were excellent.

The resort was very busy and noisy at times; a quiet pool for adults would be nice. The gym could use some updating.

The quality of the structure is impressive, 4 different pool/beach areas, nice and collaborative staff, cleanliness is at top level, many amenities.

TET period was already very crowded and the structure allows people from outside to be invited during the day by hosts. Also others can enter in the dining area paying a fee (basically to take selfies...) Western food menu could be improved.

A beach holiday to Nha Trang on these end-of-year days is not sound good with the cloudy weather at which the beach cannot showcase full beauty, and I can't catch the sunrise and sunset moment. However, living in Amiana resort truly save the monotonous weather. The resort offers various highlights such as the white-sand beach along the coastal way with a spectacular view and the blue sea water which really center me. Furthermore, what I like most about the room is amenities designated with travel sustainability concepts, and the special shampoo strongly touches me with the natural aroma (like fresh-cut grass) blended with an outdoor bathroom creating a perfect mixture for a unique relaxing space. I highly recommend to those who looking for a place to escape from hustle and bustle city to unwind at the untouched nature. Staff is very friendly, polite and supportive, from the welcome check-in to check-out moments

The minibar is not able to cool the drinks, even though I store it over 6 hours. But it not significantly impact my joyful moment at the resort, as I did not use minibar all the time. Breakfask is good but nothing special, just have a basic Vietnamese and Western cuisine and there are several foods left cold.

We stayed in an Ocean View villa with a great view of the city of Nha Trang, close to the beach area (which was kept in an excellent condition by the life guards). The villa with outdoor shower was great. The three pools plus the beach area provide ample choice for the guest. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The different bars and the restaurant provide a great choice of menu. The fitness area is very well equipped. Overall we had a great stay.

There is very little we didn't like. Two minor things, the bed was very soft (which is very subjective) and the fitness area (despite being very well equipped) should have the AC running otherwise sports in itself becomes impossible.

The hotel was well appointed, ample pools, the breakfast was outstanding. I enjoyed the Lagoon Bar for evening cocktails and swimming and the best customer service experience I had was there . Two employees to note Khai and Huy were incredible. Great knowledge of cocktails and were great at their job making sure they provided a great experience.

The Day Spa experience wasn't great. We ordered and paid for a specific package to be given something that wasn't what the package included. We mentioned this to reception and it was rectified. Wouldn't use the spa services.

Gorgeous location, rooms, resort and friendly staff! Gorgeous room with a lovely view. Mud bath was a lovely experience . Beautiful beach! They gave great recommendations for sight seeing and shopping. Staff were helpful to reschedule flights.

Not enough vegetarian options. Fridge didn’t work well in the room. Cleaners wouldn’t refill hand soap, shower get etc unless asked. Did not change the dressing gowns unless asked. Did not collect food after eaten and left till the morning letting bugs get to it.

Absolutely stunning hotel, really well maintained. Any issues we had were resolved immediately. the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had one of the best sleeps ever! The beach and pools were amazing, could always find a sun lounger no matter what time of day you go.

A bit far from the centre and there were only two shuttle buses available a day from the hotel. But having said that, it wasn’t a big deal for us as the taxes were cheap. Apart from that, everything was wonderful, would definitely return.
