Flat is very clean and modern, I was travelling with family of 4 people hence booked 75sq m flat, it was enough space for us. Property has its own parking and located just in front of the lake and next to the beach. Check in and check out went smoothly, flat is well equipped, we have enjoyed our stay.

We booked breakfast which was good, but I think choice was a bit limited for the price. In addition, we had dinner in the restaurant, which is considered to be one of the very good ones in the region, however, I found it alright - staff could be a bit more friendlier and attentive, we got a better service in a simple restaurant in a small village next to Peipsi lake than here, prices are above average for the dishes, I had higher expectations..

The best stay(s) we had in Estonia, ever (this time we stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with sauna). Made the breakfast ourselves, the necessary equipment was available in the kitchen. We had dinner in the pub next door, but the hotel also has its own highly regarded restaurant. All opportunities for outdoor activities. The hotel also has a gym. There are saunas, separate for men and women. Dryer for the winter period (hotel is close to all opportunities for snowy activities). NB! Pictures on the website are accurate, but couches in main room are better now :)

Maybe a couple of hangers in the bathroom in addition would have been perfect ;) and as the temperature sensor in the apartment sauna is located in a slightly wrong place, the sauna temperature must be selected accordingly, but otherwise just what you need after a long day out!

Size of the room, top class restaurant experience.

The rooms are not quite equipped the way to be called luxury appartments. The luxury appartment we rented was very spacious in the sitting area with a vast empty space (it looked like it was lacking some furniture that had been removed - a sofa, maybe? ) and a small table with only two chairs whereas the sleeping area was crammed.

A quality stay as always, we have stayed here before. Perfect for both family or couple getaway, would recommend. The staff is accomodating and professional and the restaurant is one of the best in Estonia. Very happy the hotel accepts pets (for a very sensible extra charge).

Nice quiet surroundings. Lake and park and nice view from balcony. Fully equipped apartment, with kitchen and everything. Room is big, proper tv with lots of channels, nice bathroom with shower. I was happy to have coffee machine as it is so good to have a cup immediatelynafter waking up. So quiet and nice that I slept like 10 hours in a row.

If full house, it might be that you can hear noise from upstairs.

We really enjoyed the apartment with great views and good location. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Location, the setup of rooms, the view. The staff was helpful and supported us with extra wishes. Decent accommodation, where all the family main needs are met.

The parking places were narrow, especially to move around with ski stuff.

Super clean and comfortable. Very nice restaurant.

All was good, a bit too expensive for the apartment type of accommodation.
