I appreciate that hotel has Green Key - ecofriendly materials, attitude etc Very comfy beds and pillows Superb location on the shore of Lake Pühajärve, near beach and surrounded by nature park with jogging and walking possibilities. You can take a towel and walk to swim directly from hotel. Lake view and sun balcony of swimming pool and spa area Lot of dining places - pub, restaurant, tower cafe (only Fr-Sun)

Old equipment/bad quality uncomfortable machines in gym Steam sauna wasn't working on Saturday afternoon Some favourable meals were finished after we manage to get them during breakfast time (strawberries, some cakes) Hotel and spa are not quite new, some areas (restaurant, upper floor corridors) will seem better if renew or renovate them. Balconies are big enough and would be nice to have there some furniture - small table, chairs

Nice big hotel surrounded by nature. The room was modern, with a comfortable bed, nice baby crib, solid breakfast. In the evening you can stay at a hotel, because there is a very nice pub with a great choice of food. The pool is great, on the 2nd floor with great views from it. Great play room for kids. Territory around the hotel is green and calm.

To short stay )) Could have slippers in rooms and better showers.

Wonderful views over the lake (especially from the pub/ restaurant), nice facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna), very nice staff. Their pub and restaurant have a wonderful terrace, very relaxing places to spend the evenings.

Some rooms (standard rooms) could use a bit of renovation, but overall this is not a major draw back, as the rooms are very clean and comfortable (unless you are very picky and then it is probably recommended to upgrade)

Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. I wish I knew more Estonian, but I sincerely appreciate that everyone I encountered spoke English. I don't expect this in all the various countries I visit, but it makes my trip much easier. Thank you!

The only thing I would've preferred that I didn't have, was one double or full-sized bed instead of two single beds. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay.

Beautiful surrounding.Xc skiing, ice skating on lake. Delicious breakfast for all kind visitors-little ones and parents:) Cool kid room on 2nd floor, pool was ok for our needs.

It would be good to have kettle in room.Showering made all wc wet. Didnt ask in reception, but would be glad to have children potty and some pool accesories ,like robe or slippers, in room. I could recomend common sauna where parents with children can use together.

Pühajärve has a very calming vibe and it is always so relaxing to visit the Spa hotel. This time I was there with foreign colleagues. All staff members at the hotel and at the pub were very kind to us. The whole hotel is very calm, especially during breakfast. Breakfast food choice was excellent for foreigners with all the choices of fish and Estonian-style dishes.

Good breakfast, a lot to choose from, stayed one night and during those days it was pretty empty which was great to visit the pool area, had it almost to myself. Nice area for hiking or just for walks.

Fridge in room would have been nice also some minor things need updating, squeaking doors, dirty carpets etc. I understand that the stay include SPA zone (which is decent but not the best out there), but standard room rate seems a bit excessive

The surroundings is a paradise - a cunning mix of old and modern architecture. A beautiful park with old trees, a view on the lake from the terrace and a clean beach and you have no mosquitos despite being in plain nature! The atmosphere in the hotel is laid back, any problems are resolved instantly, we asked for a quiet room and indeed the personnel chose one for us with nobody around. The spa options are nice and of reasonable price, however, you should book them early. We are not sport fans, but for those who are - take your bike or roller skis with you, the surroundings and infrastructure are perfect for this. We appreciated that there is a pub serving meals until late, so you can have your dinner on place if not in the mood to move. We will definitely come back.

Nice surroundings, spa area was nice (one big pool & jacuzzi, 2 saunas) but big windows so you can look at the nice view from jacuzzi. Overalla, very relaxed place with different sport activities available. Gym was small but enough to get a good workout. Rooms are a bit outdated but clean and comfortable, ours was with big balcony as well.

Room didn't have fridge and/ or a kettle which would have been nice.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful area , surrounded by lakes and nature. It is very peaceful and quiet, with a very nice walking area and a tennis court. The food in the restaurant is superb, staff is welcoming and speaks good English.

The spa area is relatively small (one big pool, one small jacuzzi, and 2 separate saunas for women and men. There isn't a satl chamber as advertised. Bowling and billiard are both very expensive.
