Excellent breakfast exceeding expectations( the Caviar and plenty of fish & protein rich food perfect desserts served from 7am until 11am) , good hours for breakfast allowed by the management, so as the long opening hours of SPA allowing us to relax without watching the clock. Very good junior suit/family apartment, much appreciated! Friendly staff! Fridge in the room is a practical bonus. Good location not far from the beach, but we took a taxi anyway. Great view from the room 314/Seaview! Nice balcony!

I am a coffee lover and have found only 2 coffee/2 tea portions offered next to the kettle. Some noticeable noise since 6AM in the room 314 from the noise during stormy weather. The noise was coming from the roof. Children were unable to sleep due to level of noise. Otherwise it is a very lovely family friendly hotel room with a nice SPA.

The SPA zone is really nice and spacious, we liked the variety of saunas. The breakfast was also good, many different options, the staff offered a glass of champagne in the New Year morning, which was very kind. Wi-fi was working great. The location is amazing.

We did not like the bed, it was very uncomfortable and small. The room has weak soundproofing, we could hear noise from other rooms (not only during the NY party). In addition to this, we could not sleep because of the chimney that was just next to our window: it was on all the time and made a very unpleasant noise :( As for the SPA area, there is no supervising staff to keep the order in the SPA zone: there were some guests who were not obeying the rules and were ruining SPA experience for other guests. These guests, especially the ones with children, just acted like it's their private SPA and let their kids do whatever they want. It would be nice if there would be special hours (for example, in the evening) for adults only.

The view from the wide windows to the beach and see was magnificent. The location of the property was perfect for our wishes this time, around three kilometres to the centre but close to the walking routes and the main road south towards the hiking routes and bird watching places. The plan of the building itself was functional thanks to the star shape: the spa and reception were located in the core and the rooms along three halls. Thus, the walking distances were rational.

There were only minor things with which we were unhappy such as colours of the bathroom and lack of a bide shower. The spa area should have a couple more rails/protective walls for safety and comfort reasons. The locker and washing spaces are quite small, especially during the weekends when they are crowded.

Room was clean, simple and beautiful, for really cheap price. We got great deal with SPA access and breakfast included. Staff was really friendly. Brackfas was great. Great massages with great prices. I highly recomment Janne if you don't know which masseur to choose.

The only thing what I didn't like was size of the SPA. SPA was really crauded and there was lines to all saunas. We didn't went to jacuzi as it was really small and always full. When I went to SPA I needed to wait for free locker as they all were taken. We went there on Saturdays evening around 19:00, beleive that wasn't the best time to visit it.

Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very good - very delicious and different options. Spa was nice in all - quite small, but comfortable with kids, cause not much room to run or get lost.

Unfortunately massage pool was out of order and too cold for the kids to swim in and children pool was too crowded, as there were many guests. Luckily next day the pool was heated up and we could enjoy it too. Family room had a spiral stairs that was quite dangerous for the 1-year old, who only wanted to climb there, and there was no child gate or anything to close it.

The room and everything else was spotless clean. Good breakfast. Quite nice pools and the saunas. Although the kids playground was for an extra fee (rather hefty), this turned out great fun for our family with 3 kiddos (2, 6 and 9 years of age).

This is a refreshed hotel which just turned 30 years old, this cannot be hidden behind a fesh coat of paint. Do not put your expectations too high and you are sure to have some great time staying there. The mattress felt just too soft during the first night, but during the second night we apparently grew accustomed and slept well.

Hotel located not far from the beach, but has it's own SPA/Pool area suitable for kids as well. If you plan to visit TervisPadadise Waterpark, staying here gives you opportunity to enjoy both areas. Kids were exited to have Lotte playground in the basement for boring moments :) And restaurant's kids menu was perfect solution, although delicious food for dinner and nice breakfest.

Well...we had something like jacuzzi bath in a room, which didn't work very well and is not comfortable for regular shower or bath use.

was no place in parking - i park near in residential area, and took all my stuff to hotel (not nice). cafe & restaurant - we were stated at the table by waiter and we wait long time hoping someone comes to us to take an order, but in 15 min nobody came - even they paasing by all the time - didn't pay attention to us at all- we were very disappointed and left! prices also was bit too high.

The breakfast was such a pleasant surprise, there was so much to choose from and it was delicious. The room, spa and breakfast were all great for the value! We stayed in the Junior Loft Suite and were very happy with everything.

The spa area is kind of small for how big the hotel is. Most of the time it was no issue, but on Saturday night, there was literally no room for us in the spa. Also, the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear your louder neighbours.

Room was clean and cosy, with little balcony. Beds were nice. Restaurant and morning buffet were delicious and diverse, kids loved the little spa and especially Lotte playroom. Would recommend this hotel definitely for families.

There was some sort of a ventilation noise in our balcony, that we heard. It was not too loud, but still you could hear it clear in the night.
