Location. close/near center. I had a single room - quite a little on space and a toilet/bathroom up the stairs - so 1,5 floor room :) But overall for one person was OK! Good breakfast. Helpful staff - answered every question about hotel, nearest places to eat and some other questions.

Location for car owners. In summer season in center, beach area and old town you need to pay for parking. Hotel have free parking - but for limited number of cars. We was lucky to have place there- so no problem.

Great location. Friendly staff, great communication. Comfortable system for entrance (code). Nice room - small, but comfortable enough for two people. Telia TV with possibility to watch shows afterwards. Nice possibility to buy water (24/7) at reception.

Hairdryer would have been nice addition. A bit of cigarette smoke came to room through open window, as our room was on second floor with view to street and smoking is allowed on one table in front of hotel.

Great location, close to the Old Town overlooking a beautiful park. Bike hire is also close and it’s a short bike ride to the beach. 5 mins walk from the bus / coach station. The room was comfortable with a good amount of storage / furniture. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and generous timings too.

The bathroom was a bit cosy. They seem quite keen on online check in and check out.

The hotel is beautifully situated opposite a well kept park. On the other hand it is within walking distance of a big shopping centre and the old town centre. A big and well maintained beach with some facilities is a bit further, but we walked to this beach as well. The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and had everything we expected. Bearing in mind this is a 2 star facility only, it exceeded our expectations. We could park the car next to our room. Breakfast was fine, even for vegetarians like us.

I would not know anything we didn't like.

Loved staying here! The staff were great. Lovely buffet breakfast I could have eaten there all day, but alias I had some bubbles to sample as the yearly ‘Bubbles Festival’ was right outside our front door. In a lovely location opposite the park, surrounded by churches, shops, restaurants, cafes, beauty salons & a 5 minute walk to the central bus station, this hotel has it all!

Very nice and clean hotel in a good location. The staff were super friendly and helpful and welcomed our dog warmly in as well. Breakfast was ok, not so many gluten free options though, and also natural yogurt, berries, fruits etc would have been a nice addition. In general we really enjoyed our stay and if going to Pärnu again would definitely book it again!

The location is perfect for exploring the old town, and the breakfasts were very good quality.

A minor point, but although there was a pretty well equipped kitchen area (room 215) with coffee maker microwave etc, there was no cuttlery in the room, not even tea spoons? On the other hand, the room was spacious and comfortable, so we still enjoyed our short stay.

This 2* hotel was way better than some 5* hotels I have stayed. Simple and small, but very clean, renovated. Such nice girl working at reception, speaking English. Breakfast was amazing and exceeded all expectations.

Stale and stuffy air when entering the room. The weather was nice that day and we opened a window, so it did not cause any issues. But otherwise it might be a problem.

The hotel was in the old town and had a lovely little park in front. The walk to the beach took about 12 minutes at a relaxed pace, and was through a few streets of old wooden villas and another park. When we found our top floor room too hot the staff were very helpful in finding us a cooler room.

Our room was very hot - it was during a heatwave, though, and we were able to change to a cooler room. My friend and I are in our 60s and we were surprised we weren't given a room on a lower floor as there is no lift in the hotel.

It was excellent in many ways, an additional plus was the bike rental that the hotel collaborated with. The delivered and picked up the bikes from the hotel. Very convenient!

It was really hot! Luckily it rained and made the air fresh. It was possible to open the windows.
