This is a decent and affordable hotel, however I doubt if it is a 4 stars hotel. Not super fancy but I felt comfortable, and had all that I needed. Breakfasts were excellent, staff was very, very helpful and nice. The hotel has got a parking behind the building which is a great feature concerning the reality in the city (very high and problematic parking within the centre). Hotel is very well located - it is just next to the nicest street with a lot of restaurants. However it is not close to the beach, but for us it was not crucial. Next time I am there I will chose this hotel again.

Parking, location, staff, cleaniness, slow and cosy atmosphere.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant and convenient. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. While the parking lot is small, it was nice to have free parking available. The highlight was definitely the magnificent views from the top floors overlooking the old town. Enjoying the sunset from the balcony was a lovely way to end the day. Overall, a comfortable stay with some nice perks."

The shower room in this hotel is on the smaller side, with a particularly snug shower area. While the space may feel a bit tight for some guests, it serves its purpose adequately. Overall, it's a functional but compact setup."

Good location but if you are there for the beach choose something else. Free parking was nice.

At the breakfast things were not available at 9 which is not acceptable

The room was a good size and was warm and comfortable - despite the cold weather outside! The view from the balcony over the square below was lovely too. Breakfast included a good selection of different foods. Staff were friendly and helpful. The central location of the hotel was ideal.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been a nice addition.

Well, in my eyes paid money are in balance with the quality you get. Location is really very nice. Breakfast - I would describe so that in very expensive hotel you eat like 30% from the breakfast as the choice is cosmic. In Pärnu hotel you eat 80% from offered meals as choice is limited but nevertheless it is tasty, fresh and more than enough to have good mood after breakfast ))

All was perfect service was perfect and i absolutly enjoyed all and expecialy spa and wounderfull panorama view to city from 6 floor to city. spa ,breakfest and another offers . Recomend this hotel to all.number was clean and exelent for cuples and travelers . Im giving max stars and rates to all. Expecialy tnx for administration and tnx for also all workers on Parnu Hotel . And specialy for great localtion.

The location is very convenient - across the street from the central bus station and the area with all the restaurants. The room was silent and well maintained. Good breakfast and value for money.

The bathroom was tiny and the shower is literally next to the toilet seat and is only divided from it by a curtain, but it worked.

Diana at reception was kind and helpful. Also other staff helpful and professional. Breakfast was wonderful in a peaceful dining room. Bed was really comfortable with great pillows and I slept peacefully with noise disturbance. Helpful staff helped me to hire a bike that added to the enjoyment of stay in Parnu.

Very small shower/wash are being 8x4 of my foot size 6 measurement! The floor in wash hand basin area got wet during showering. Ironing board half size of usual board and with no legs making it difficult to iron clothes. Iron cord damaged. Cold as central heating not on in hotel but Diana sourced me a mobile heater. Restaurant closed in evening so no dinner.

Well stocked breakfast considering there were not many people staying, nice tea and coffee, bread usual cold meats and cheese. Hot bacon, sausage and eggs not to our liking but I put that down to personal preference. Albeit not on the beach front which didn’t bother us visiting in autumn, excellent location on the edge of the main drag and being one of the tallest buildings in the area, was easy to find, especially at night with large illuminated sign. Couldn’t be easier for the bus being just over the road from the station.

Would have been nice to have tea and coffee in room.

The location was very good - right next to old city and supermarkets. Breakfast was good, and warm bathroom floor. For extra 70e can book a private sauna and jacuzzi for 2h (40e 1 hour) . Parking in front of the hotel and everywhere in the city in weekend for free.

Room wasn't with the view to a city center, but I think it's acceptable if you take double twin room, but the rooms floor was very cold (I think because of the balcony)- didn't want to step on it - stayed in bed that was very comfortable.
