I mostly enjoyed the friendliness of the staffs, they were exceptional. In the breakfast room, at the reception, at the lounge, it was all perfect with the staffs. Staffs like, Samuel, Getahun, Alem, Rsbika, Meski, Nardos, Birtukan,Chef Alem, and Mitikli were all exceptionally friendly. They constantly make you feel welcomed and well.

I also like the way Memberu handled my check in. He actually remembered my name from my last stay there a year ago. He made sure i got a good space and arranged a Welcome back cake, which was a very nice touch.

The hotel is located in city center. Room was spacious with a nice balcony and basic amenities. Fridge was empty, no complimentary drinks except coffee and a coffee machine. The staff was very friendly and at service in no time. Thanks to Meskerem, Navdi, Orange and Yohannes from Home restaurant, much appreciated your service with everlasting smile

Exhaust in the bathroom had some issues causing the bad odor in the room. Limited no. of water bottles per day. Traditional food is not good at all. I have ordered Lamb Tibs with Injera, both were chilling cold and can't chew. Spa was always busy, visited multiple times but didn't get a chance, needed to book in advance which I didn't know.

Everything! I was blown away by the service, the welcome, the facilities, the location, the breakfast, the food, everything. I had some specific requests as a breastfeeding/pumping new mother, and the team went out of their way in advance and during my stay to meet my needs, and were lovely and natural about it. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and quiet even if the road outside is quite loud. The breakfast was amazing and varied, I couldn't eat everything I wanted to as there were too many options! I tried the restaurant, the gym and even the baked goods, and everything was on point.

I have nothing negative to say.

The staff and service was amazing! The food in the 1.st floor restaurant was excellent. I can recommend eating there instead of ordering from room service. My room was an accessible room in the 9th floor and it was just great. Breakfast was more like a proper meal than a breakfast; as I don't eat much in the morning the breakfast price was very high. Saying that the breakfast had a lots of choices and was excellent and good quality as well.

I don't know what went wrong, but I thought my booking included breakfast; upon arrival I was told the breakfast was not included so I needed to pay 20 dollars for each breakfast. Make sure to take a picture of your booking.com reservation to avoid confusion and paying extra. The in-room dining food was pretty plain compared to the tasty food in the restaurant.

Very comfortable, good service, clear tv. Great location. Good shuttle service.

Service at the lounge was bad. Took an hour to get food... while only two other tables had food (from 7-8pm). There was live music (Saturday) but the volume was so high it was like a rock concert in a stadium, not dinner music. Also we got a room without breakfast but had the option to pay 20 dollars for it, or 15 with a special offer. That is a very high price in Ethiopia.

The hotel is beautiful, tidy, clean and close to all necessities, close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets I thank all the staff at the hotel, starting with the lovely, classy and polite female receptionist with a lovely smile, as well as all the staff on the evening shift. I thank them very much for standing by my side when I got sick, so they treated me directly and took me to the hospital, and did not leave me until after they examined my situation and treated me and I returned with them to the hotel. I thank them all.... I realize that this hotel is my second home..... Thank you very much.....

- The hotel does not accept the Ethiopian Money for the payments of bills for the rooms during the checking out hrs especially when you don’t have enough USD Currencies . - The prices of services offered at bar increases during music performances band without any notification even tithe guests staying the same hotel .

Due to traveling and no sleep for a couple of days, i was very tired arriving at the hotel. Beatrize saw it straight away, and let me get a room around 10am, so that i could throw myself into bed, and get that much needed sleep. Thanks a lot Beatrize, it meant the world to me! Generally friendly staff, and the hotel is located right in the center of Bole, with lounges, shops, cafes, and all the rest of it in close proximity👍

Excellent Location, Close to Airport & In the middle of busy happening street, Friendly Hotel staff, Hotel is Neat & Clean.

Food needs improvement, we felt like it was lacking International touch & taste. International food options were there but doesn't felt when tried. All 4 days we stayed there, we went out to dine except breakfast.
