Breakfast could have been better. It was more the service that was disappointing than the food. Cups were not replaced on time. It's a breakfast service, guests should not have to wait for tea/coffee cups. Had to ask for cups. Spoons were not replaced quick enough near the buffet. When they finally did, the saucers in which the spoons were resting had pools of water in them. Not a good look!

The breakfast variety could be improved. Ordered poached eggs, took 20 minutes to get to our table. We had finished eating by then. If you have a curry as an option, at least have roti or some kind of flatbread to accompany it. Quality of food should be improved. We had dinner one night, fish and chips, fish was overcooked and dry. There was no lemon served with it. Another person ordered the asian noodle soup, the presentation could have been better. It was served in such a huge bowl, could have fed 2 people. It just wasn't very appealing.

Amazing housekeeping staff, rooms were stocked daily with bottles of Fiji Water, and everything was clean and tidy. Concierge at the entrance are super helpful, one in particular named Peni(hopefully I got his name right) greets you like long-lost friend. Remembered my husband's name as well and regularly checked on us. Fabulous restaurants with loads of options to choose from. Nice clean pool with readily available towels and heaps of lounging chairs. Definitely recommend Will surely be here for my future visits.

I liked the exceptionally friendly staff. Always welcoming and friendly. They helped us 2 x with recommending and organising transport to events. Food was great and there are a lot of places to socialise, drink and chat. Our room was very nice. Upstairs on the end, and our balcony looked out to the water. Very private. The room had everything we needed.

Unable sometimes to use the laundry facilities because sports teams- Sevens Ferns had their washing going continuously and an also the dryer. A dedicated facility for a sports team would be nice.

Friendly and professional staff. Exceptional fresh food. Clean and very large room. The vibe in the Hotel was exceptional. Exceeded our expectations. AAA+++ for service. We came to lay our Uncle to rest and the staff were just so fabulous!

Would have appreciated a lift as I have several medical issues affecting my breathing. A Pacific menu would have been great. Visiting Fiji you want to taste some of the local dishes like raw fish or green coconuts. Hopefully some Pacific dishes will be added to the menu at our next visit.

The hospitality, efficiency and thoroughness of the Housekeeping staff. Highly commend the housekeeping staff. Excellent service all round. The wait staff during night shift are commended for their excellent service. Gratitude to the night bar staff. The porters and male/female staff at Front Entrance made this stay memorable all-round. At first, found the reception front desk staff quite unreasonable as they would not extend an extra night when requested verbally- was advised to extend online although being there at front desk in person. Appreciate Abita more understanding when families are involved. Next, when enjoying swim with kids- a very rude reception when staff enquired if we were in-house guests, singled out whilst other guests enjoyed their swim. A better way would be to verify with front desk reception rather than assumptions on looks or ethnicity. An improvement of this would be appreciated.

i had to walk next door to work out (in another hotel!) had to haul our suitcase up the stair (no elevator to second floor) breakfast was too expensive, so we didn't order any. they didn't have ANY HOT CHOCOLATE- only tea and coffee and we don't drink either. that was a problem!!!!also when we checked out, it was $40 more than we bargained for, but we were too embarased to fight the bill.

The breakfast was good. The location was great. The views were great from the Hotel. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable.

There were only 2 tiny 330 ml water bottles in the room and they didn't want to give more... although they did agree to give 2 more on one day. Other than breakfast, the food was bad. They served a burger with rice between the buns! But the pros far outweigh the cons.

I loved everything about the Hotel. The Staff and people in and around it was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere was great. I am planning to visit the hotel sooner.

I cannot remember anything within the Hotel I didn't like. Everything was just perfectly fine. The food, music and also very hygienic. How I wish I could stay longer.

Breakfast was excellent, well prepared, good variety. The outdoor dining, undercover and by the pool meant for a wonderful experience. The live band was excellent. Food options perfect. Staff very friendly from the start to finish.

Surcharge for paying by Credit Card, when it's partner hotel next door did not charge.

The food at this restaurant was generally very good. We ate all our meals here and only had one meal that was less than expected.

I sent several emails to them asking to change part of our booking. They never answered a single time. They did work with us once we got there, but why have an email you can contact with if they never answer you back?
