The buffet breakfast was served at Cafe Abraham's, it was lovely - the bread was freshly baked and was delicious, great variety; cheeses, meats, salad, fruits, yoghurt, croissants, porridge, pancakes, sausages, meatballs, cereals, juices, tea, and coffee. Really, really enjoyed the breakfast! The room was spacious, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linen felt fresh. The view from our balcony was overlooking the park and statue, it was very nice. Although we didn't use it, the room had a monitor with a USB C cable on a height adjustable desk, which would have been really useful for people planning to work from the hotel. Great Wi-Fi. Supermarket just over the road.

Everything was new and clean, recently built (or renovated) building, including rooms. Everything necessary was available. Breakfast was good and many-sided. Plenty of car-parking space outside. Gym was many-sided, spacious and not crowded.

The corridor could perhaps have had signs to show the elevator and breakfast room.

The hotel was new and beautiful, room was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. There was free parking and there was a nice and big breakfast waiting for us in the fridge.

Unfortunately WiFi wasn't working in our room and despite messaging the hotel through the app (there is no reception in the hotel), we didn't get any response to the issue.

It was clean. Beds were comfy. Kettle, microwave and tee/coffee facilities are in room. It is good choice to stay here for several days if you are discovering Lapland. We will stay here next time.

Smoothest entry / departure ever. No checkin, no checkout, no keys, no staff. Just one pass-code, via sms. The hotel room was spacious, comfy, clean, quiet, well-equipped. Excellent value for money!

Very smooth process. This is an unstaffed hotel, but it could not have been easier. We got a room code and the directions were easy and in English. The room was PEFECT for our family. It was clean and modern and roomy. We will absolutely stay here again. I actually wish every hotel was like this.

Nice new hotel. Spacious rooms with fridge, kettle and some instant coffee, tea, and hot chocolate powder. Easy check-in with door code. Big bathrooms, but they needed more hooks to hang the towels. We had a room with a nice balcony facing the park with a fountain.

Only thing that was negative was that I'm sure that there has been some pets before us because I'm a bit allergic to cats and dogs and I got a allergic reaction, a mild one but anyway.

The hotel is located at a peaceful place near Oulu and our destination Hailuoto. The room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful park view. It was also neatly furnished. Breakfast was already waiting in the fridge, which was really convenient.

There could have been a bench in the hallway for putting on shoes. Also, we only had one porridge portion for breakfast although we were two people. Other than that, the room and the breakfast were great!

A modern new self service (no staff) hotel. Good option for travellers on the way.

Closing the buffet breakfast at 9:00 is a bit too early.
