On arrival, I got a room upgrade free of charge, which was very nice. The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the centre, Hauptbahnhof, U-tower, and other lovely areas in the city. The breakfast was ok but didn't have a big variety of food. I expected much better since it is offered as fabulous. The breakfast is scheduled from 6 am to 10 am, and if you go later, ex. 9.30 it is not adequately refilled. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the complementary items in the mini-bar (mineral weather, soda drink, chocolate bar), very thoughtful and practical.

There was a sewage smell from the bathroom sometimes stronger sometimes milder. In some places on the furniture, there was visible dust that hasn't been recently cleaned.

I like when some hotels pay attention to small details, especially when you walk into the room for the first time. There were a few greeting surprises all around the room and I really liked it. The backlit images above the bed were awesome and I really enjoyed the colour combinations in the room. The isolation was great, didn't hear the traffic outside the window at all. Really had a good time adn the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the station, main pedestrian zone and the restaurant/food zone.

The staff was friendly and there was a good price/quality ratio. Also, it basically in the city centre, so it was close to everything. The bed was super comfy and I really appreciated the blinds, which also blocked the street noise very well.

The room looked bigger in the picture and a mini fridge would have been highly appreciated. I was surprised to see the room wasn t equipped with one.

the room is small, if you like spaces that is not it, but it was cozy. There is some sort of renovation being done so it is noisy from early morning, I guess bad timing for me. Parking place that belongs to hotel is very limited so if you are late coming in it might be an issue to find one

Modern hotel, a little more than 5 minutes' walk from the main station. Very comfortable standard room with well-equipped bathroom. Pleasant decor with many reminders in the Ruhr's industrial past. Close to varied selection of restaurants in the vicinity of St. Reinold's church. Conveniently sited for the excellent Museum Ostwall and its fine collections of artwork from Die Brücke and the Blaue Reiter.

We like the location. Staffs are friendly and ready to help. Authentic room decorations and relatively good price for that service. Breakfast was continental.

The price of breakfast(24€/person) is a bit expensive. You can easily find cheaper alternatives with similar quality in the City.

Everything about the hotel was good for an overnight stay Staff, cleanliness - spotless, & bar / facilities Didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that 5 minute walk from main station on main road, which is what we wanted Room was quiet, which you wouldn't expect being on the main road

Friendly staff! Especially the night manager/bar manager. Super friendly bloke. Big room and bathroom. Located in the centre of Dortmund. A great hotel for a weekend in Dortmund.

Location is good , Staff is helpful, I would stay in the hotel in the future .

I would ask the management to give more attention to the house keeping services , If the guest request a room to be cleaned , this mean it should be cleaned properly ( floor carpet , change the bed sheets , empty the rubbish bin and clean he bathroom ) any thing els but that .. is not considered house keeping for a hotel that cares about the comfort of its guests.
