The hotel was upmarket with a hot tub and swimming pool. The room was excellent but, as with most hotels, the lighting is accent only and what is required is a good centre light. The breakfast was excellent and from 6am to 10.30am, which is a good time. The Location was in a quiet area but, being in a Morman state, the whole area was quiet, e.g. no pubs or bars and certainly no places selling alcohol.

Arriving late at night there were no places open for a meal, only coffee shops and we did not find any markets for off the shelf meals.

Location was central to what we were looking for in relation to the wedding we were there to attend, the sightseeing we wanted to do and grocery store, shopping center and loved Angie's restaurant. The breakfast was awesome-a variety of things each day, warm food and loved it being on the bridge. Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable beds with room picked up and fresh towels and toiletries daily. Nice workout room/equipment and user friendly. Plenty of parking and well lit up at night.

My only recommendation would be that the indoor pool have access to it without having to go outside from the back building when it is cool/cold outside. Of note, there was one room that appeared to have people living in it (with a grill out the door and on the sidewalk) in the front building. When passing by it and the door was wide open, it looked like a train wreck and hoarders residing in it. My concern would be that of bedbugs and not having or wanting to be the next occupants of that room.

The location was great for access to the highway and seemed to be safe as it was well lit. It was a busy Saturday night with strong occupancy and was still quiet by 10PM. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was filling with eggs and sausage in the morning, making for a good start

We did have an issue with the bathroom/shower door. As one of our party was locked in due to the screws on the latch plate protruded enough to not allow the door to open, so there were some tense moments. Unfortunately this was a Saturday night and no facilities personnel were available. We did eventually use a pry bar to open the door.

This hotel is at a perfect location for downtown activities. It is impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very competent. The complimentary hot breakfast has something for everyone.

Grab bars in the tub would be nice, and like all the hotels, the toilets are just too low to the ground.

Motel of a good standard; pool and jacuzzi pool; plenty of parking space; fridge, microwave and coffee-machine in room; breakfast simple but with a few hot dishes options

We would add a safe box to rooms. Strange things with reservation management: we booked non-smoking king room; in the hotel system a smoking king room was assigned for us; but anyway all king rooms were overbooked and we got double queen room instead, which was not really a fit for us

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. We were only here one night. The area appeared to be safe and was quiet. The breakfast had lots of choices and was very good. We were visiting friends so the location was good for us but it had easy access from main road as well with close proximity to the downtown area.

We had a smoke alarm that was chirping however the management took care of the issue for us.

Clean facility and a great location. The staff did a nice job keeping my room tidy.

The facility has on'-site laundry but the washing machine was broken when I went to use it. This resulted in having to unload the machine and go to an offsite laundry mat. Not the best use of my time on vacation.

We have stayed at this location before and return because it is convenient to where our relatives live, because the rooms are spacious, and because of the very good breakfast the hotel provides. We did have to make a revision to our original itinerary, and the hotel staff was very accommodating.

The weather was cold and rainy.

Spouse became ill and we could not stay. When we checked out, the staff said they wouldn't charge us for the room. We had only been there about two hours. They were so nice about it. This is one of our favorite places to stay because of this kind of service.

The rooms were newly updated, large and refreshing. My sister and I were surprised just how lovely the room was and enjoyed using the pool area with our children. The breakfast area was big and full of great options. We will definitely use this hotel again when we get back to Logan!
