The room was spacious - the HVAC worked well. The room was clean. The shower worked well. I was given a first floor room which helped me with my pet.

The bathroom sink had pathetic water pressure. The 'tables' in the room itself were pretty much useless. The trains at 1:30AM were annoying - so bad location for a hotel. The exterior grounds were horrible. Abandoned cars in the parking lot, trash all over the place, discarded food that I had to be careful that my dog didn't eat it. There's a truck and camper parked behind the hotel that looks pretty suspect. The food pantry was pathetic the lack of offerings was the worst I have seen at a hotel. I seriously was worried that my dog would find drugs outside on the grounds.

The room was spacious and clean and it was cost effective

I requested a handicap accessible room and didn't receive that. In addition, the young man that was at the front desk told me it was without even checking. He also told us we were assigned to room #316 which is where we went to discover it was already occupied. Our room was actually #312, he didn't even attempt to try to notify us of his mistake or apology for it

Front Desk Manager--Dipesh--found an error that I was aware of when booking via Booking.com. He told me the steps to take and he and Booking.com were able to fix it immediately. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

Floor tiles in my bathroom need to be replaced. Bathroom sink has a leak. (Note: I did not report either issue.)

Always try to go to these hotels if going to be in the area we are traveling because always have a good experience and never any issues with bedrooms or staff is always very nice and helpful at all the locations we have stayed at.

We didn’t get to go in the pool because it didn’t look very clean so we didn’t want to swim in it. But otherwise everything else was very good with our stay at the hotel. And very close to the park we could walk to the park and not have to pay extra for parking which was great.

It was a great stay. Very great for travelling with pets. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and large compared to standard hotel rooms.

The bed was a bit hard for me but this is more of a personal preference. Good enough to get a good night's sleep!

The staff was wonderful. It was very clean and the staff I met were polite snd efficient. The room was worn and needed to be refurbished. Perhaps in the future.

The bed was extremely hard! Parking is limited because of sharing the same lot with the hotel next door.

Location was directly next to kings dominion.

The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been. Poor shower repair very visible, toilet paper was empty upon arrival, almost impossible to locate a working employee, visible pieces of long black hair on bed.

Older building but well maintained Was some current work/painting going on Showed they’re taking care of place

The front desk gentleman was very rude at times when I told him I smelled mildew and mold he laughed at me. The housekeeper Jessica was very helpful and she did an amazing job. You need more staff like her. The male gentleman was also very helpful when I asked for clean towels for the pool he was right on it .

Smelled of mildew and mold in the front area where the food was then when I asked for clean towels the front desk attendant said I needed to enquirer bye 9 pm and I did then he proceeded to be rude and disrespectful .

I could immediately tell that the hotel is under new management. Pre-Covid the smell made you feel like you stepped into a spa and the made cookies for the guest. No more of that aroma.

When we first walked in the room, the smell hit us & we were still wearing our masks. It smelled like the room hadn’t been occupied in a while because it smelled musty. The toilet you have to hold down until it completely flushed. Otherwise you’ll have a surprise for the next person who issues it. They also need to update their site to say the pool/exercise facility are not opened.
