The hotel staff tried to lowball us at first, trying to give us a room with a smaller bed than what I actually booked and paid for. When we walked back to the reception after seeing the room they played coy as if they gave us the right room but after I insisted and showed them our booking confirmatiom with pictures of the room they finally switched us to the room we paid for. This was an unpleasant experience, I wished I didn't have to walk back to the reception to have this confrontation. Just give people the rooms they book!

Our family is two adults and four children. The kids sleep best when each has his own bed and the family room at this hotel was the best set up we’ve ever had for a family room. There was a set of bunk beds in addition to two twins, plus the queen bed. Each bed had a tiny wall-mount spot light lamp so a kid could read or stay up without the light disturbing others. We’ve really never seen this set up anywhere in the US. To get five beds it’s always an uncomfortable hide-a-bed or roll-a-way brought in and blocking everything. This really was ideal and if I could find this hotel room in every city we travel to I’d be so happy. Thank you for getting a room for a family of six totally perfect!

The hotel was well located for our trip to Disneyland Paris. It was about 15 mins drive to the Disneyland carpark. The room was spacious, clean and bright. There was always plenty of parking, which was a bonus. The hotel was decorated really nicely and the birds were a nice extra touch, especially since our one-year-old loves birds! We usually stay at a Disneyland Paris hotel, but this hotel surpassed any experience we have had there. We would definitely consider staying again.

The only downside was that the cups in the room were not cleaned during our stay. Also the children's playroom could do with a bit of a refurbishment. The toys didn't work and everything looked a bit old.

The staff were very welcoming, great location walking distance to a mini supermarket and chemist, €10 in a taxi to disneyland, close to local train station to get into Paris, hotel and rooms very clean would definitely stay again!

The room size was a bit on the smaller size for a family but for the amount of time we spent in the room (for sleeping only) we couldn't really complain! The paid breakfast didn't have much choice for children and the food labels was all in french so we had to use Google translate to work out what we was eating, this could be a issue for families with allergies. The room was to a very good standard however the only thing was the pillows were lumpy and on the second day we didn't get replacement towels.

The hotel is in good location if you have a car or willing to order uber or taxi to Disney. We used it as a hub as we booked a Disney hotel. Price by Uber was around 13 Euro to Disneyland. There are few good restaurants in the area and supermarket. The staff was amazing, especially Tania, which is by far the best hotel receptionist we met in Paris.

With our original booking we didn’t include breakfast. When we arrived for check-in the front desk agent recommended us to the breakfast options, which was a great talent and selling technique and shows how experience the agent is. We took the breakfast but unfortunately we had to cancel it again hence the cancellation refund that was made. We cancelled because it turned out that some of us may be too tired to wake up after the day’s activities we arranged. Thanks

We all loved it. The chirping budgies (Birds) and themed bird decorations made it feel like a garden to relax. We used the garden and tables to enjoy a drink and coffee. We liked the chickens in the garden too. Best Western Hotel has proven to us that it is not always the 5 star hotel that provides all. Thank You, and to Tania

The hotel staff were very friendly and 24 at front desk, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Great budget hotel.

No cashpoint ATM, nearest if five mins away. Could have picked a hotel a little closer to Disney to save on taxi's or better of they had a free shuttle bus (but I know that's asking a lot!) This cost us 12 EUR for an uber each way everyday. However did save on 'Disney Hotel' mega prices!

the staff were very nice

they were not honest regarding travelling information before we arrived, the information was, that from the hotel to the eifel tower it costs 2€-2,50€ and it takes 30-45 Minutes by bus etc. BUT it costs around 20-25€ and it takes 2 hours by bus etc. So for us very disappointing the property is only good for guests of disney land and not city.

Check in up till 2359 works perfectly for staying till after closing at Disneyland Park and the Disney Illuminations. Hotel staff are very friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of towels in the room for all four of us (2 adults 2 children). Free car park at the back of the property very easy to find.

Few English speaking/subtitled TV channels (not even on Disney Channel) in our room, not the end of the world for us but in the interest of improvement for future visits, and others, feel it is worth mentioning.

Very good location if you want to visit Disneyland. A lot of shops and even a mall with different restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and always helpful.

The room was basically a double room with an extra bed for the kids, which means that the 4 of us had not quite the space we were hoping for. But we did not stay in the hotel during the day, so it wasn't that bad....
