We enjoyed our room on the 8th floor. The room was very large and spacious, the king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. We looked forward to coming to our room each night to rest and unwind after full days. I appreciated the quality and continuity with Hiltons worldwide, and the wiFi was excellent throughout our stay. We met many very interesting, unique and talented people!

I thought the food in the Executives Lounge could have been better. For what is charged for the Executive Lounge access rooms, I would have enjoyed more variety each day in breakfast options and higher quality food.

Great breakfast, very secure venue - once in you feel like it's a secluded resort. Great pool, lovely fresh water not loaded with chlorine.

Wi-Fi so bad we could barely work with no premium service available. Ordering everything from laundry pick-up to room service to a beer on poolside takes so so so long. Overly complicated process to provide a cash payment for booking a taxi. It's not possible to just 'charge' a journey to a room.

Right from the staff at arrival outside, to staff at reception, the ladies and gents taking care of our rooms, restaurants staff especially Helen the manager of Bukka Hut, and so many others, the standard was exceptionally consistent all through our 4 nights there. There was not one thing that was left out. They managed to make each person feel special. My husband and I will be back for sure. Highly recommended and very good value for money

There's nothing really that I found fault with. At checkout, though, I mentioned to the manager at reception that it would save some time at checkout if the invoice could be slipped under the door the night before check out

Spacious room, comfortable bed, super friendly and helpful staff, easy check in , check out process, it's a complex with many restaurants and bars, overall very good experience I will stay there again

Don't know if I missed something but there's no room service available, could not get the TV working, shower curtain was dirty, no shower gel throughout my stay ( forgot to ask for some as well)

The staff were extremely polite and very good, breakfast was exceptional and meals were excellent. The location is great and security was cool

The rate is too much and their refusal to accept foreign currency in cash and the rooms with only bath tubs should be upgraded with an option of standing shower baths … bath tubs are outmoded. Check in time @ 3pm should be looked at or alternatives to give the person a rest room for early check in should be considered

The supervisor concierge - front office was, in my opinion, rude and unprofessional. I requested transportation for pick up from the airport. He informed me that it was my responsibility to keep track of the driver since he, the supervisor, would be sleeping and would switch off his phone. He then sent me a form that had someone else’s private information. When I pointed that out to him, he just ignored me.

They should not have charged me for the delay I had with the airline in arrival.I was supposed to check in on the 15th but due to the delay with Airfrance I arrived on the 16th, even though I called the hotel to notify them, they still charged me full amount for the 15th that I wasn't there.I think that was very unfair

The staff at the hotel was wonderful, friendly and helpful . A special shout out to Precious who kindly was able to give me my room on a courtesy early check in basis which was much appreciated . She was lovely

The messaging via the booking .com app - the answers to questions re early check in were so odd I asked if it really was a Hilton

I liked everything about my stay, staff were exceptional my requests were promptly attended to and was efficiently carried out, food and facilities were great

Only thing was it was crowded and had a lot of noise at the hallway, but I understand it was the New year period so there was a lot of families.

Check in/out process is extremely long so that my check in took 45 min though I arrived hotel at 10 pm, they were still checking the cleaning şn the room .. The security guy in the entrance is unneccesarily annoying..
