The rooms are clean , the staff who clean the rooms are very good 👍. Reception staff very good 👍 restaurant staff very good 👍 security staff very good 👍 😀 . For me having a security box in your room , makes me feel safe with my passport and any valuable belonging s , easy to get in the city centre by taxi from hotel ,as there is a taxi company's in the hotel Reception area 😀

The only thing I did not like was the buffet breakfast was either for me only warm to eat sometimes cold , or they ran out of food in the buffet allways annoying 😒 , saying that I think thai people or Asian people like there food warm or cold 🥶 🤔 , I did make a suggestion that they put a microwave in the restaurant for people who want to eat hot food .

The family rooms are spacious, kids have a bunk bed, mum and dad have their own bed. Breakfast is ample and plenty of variety. Coffee is good. Cereals, fruit, toast, fried eggs, rice congee, ham and sausages. The pool is clean and allows the kids to relax exercise before traveling again.

when the main car park is full, the overflow parking is a short journey away. There is a shuttle bus. Advertised and sold as a room for 4, yet they only provide 2 towels, have to ask for additional. Also only two small bottles of water. Shower leaked into the main bathroom area, making everything wet.

Perfectly fine IBIS hotel. Has happy hours, a pool, and close to a nice section of the beach. Balconies are nice. Clean and comfortable. Towels for the beach are also given out as well as flip flops.

Location is a bit so so - close to the beach but a taxi ride to the town centre and or night market required. Mostly a Hua Hin issue since it's very car centered around one street so it isn't the hotels fault per se.

The service in this hotel was above and beyond. All staff from all areas were amazing and so very helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, its on the smaller size buy wasn't an issue for us. For the price you pay this hotel was amazing and we highly recommend it amd would go back.

The rooms were on the smaller size but still plenty of room with room under the beds for bag storage :)

The Cleaner on 27/11/22 (Lady) who clean 447 is the best!! very friendly and she does her job beautifully!!! Best place for traveler with pets. They allow one pet to stay for free. We stay in the room with bunk bed. it is enough for a couple and one cat. The breakfast is good for the amount of money we paid for. One drawback is the amount of parking space. The location is excellence. only 10 mins walk to Cicada and 5 mins walk to the sea.

Great Central location and Pet friendly no surcharges or fees! Cannot have animals walking in public areas (cart OK) but some room in carpark and grounds to walk a bit. Rooms quite OK for pets (in my case a cat). Staff very friendly food well priced bed comfortable TV has movies great smelling soap in the shower everything jingle bell.

Room facilities are better than expected. Breakfast menus need to be adjusted on daily basis. The guests staying at the hotel for a couple of days could be tired of having the same dishes for breakfast every morning. The location is about 200m walking distance to the beach and, hence, most of the guests will find it comfortable to take a stroll along the beach.

Every staff in this hotel has service mind and fast service. The house keepers are caring. Once my keycard wasn’t working, she went up and assisted us. The security are also helpful. They were nice, friendly and willing to help me all the time I asked for the information. Front desk staff was amazing as well. I will definitely suggest your property to all of my friends!

I like every in this hotel but one suggestion for your hotel is please provide slippers in the room.

we had a standard room (410) on the "dog floor", because we brought our doggo's of course. There was a leak in the bathroom, so we were then changed to another standard room (409). The room had a TV, bed, safe, mini fridge, balcony, shower, hair dryer, small bench, and a small closet....a typical budget hotel room (everything you need). Breakfast was still a buffet style, some fried eggs, breads, soups, Asian stir fried veggies, and an instant coffee machine (I recommend for a better black coffee, just get 2 long shots). FYI...Tip the parking attendants, those guys are awesome. The best part of our experience. He was always smiling, and he even made sure to say good bye and wish our dogs well and a safe journey home.

the extra charge for a dog. we were not charged at check-in (we did say we had dogs) , however we were charged later on that evening when we were locked out of our room due to the card reader. We stay at the IBIS because it is pet friendly, however if they charge 500 Baht per "extra dog" (our dogs weigh 2kg each) then we would have boked the hilton which charges the same and just paid a little extra for the room.

Customer service was brilliant. My room was always clean and tidy. Facilities were excellent. Breakfast was very good. For longer stays, the property could benefit from a self-serve laundry facility. Proximity to good restaurants and major shopping malls was good. The beach was better further north, though.
