Excellent hotel in every way!! The staff is courteous, professional, and happy to give. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable. The spa is amazing!! The wate temperature is excellent and it is open until 2330 at night which is very resting after a day of hiking to relax One of the best hotels we stayed in and highly recommend. The only minus is that parking is expensive but after learning to use the parking meter in the lot opposite the hotel then it is quite possible to manage with a low fee for parking in the meter. The only thing and this is as a constructive comment that they didn't fill us the soap and didn't put tissue but this is minor but worth fixing . in each floor is a machin of free cold water and soda

great location, easy check in, super friendly staff. Out room was excellent, we booked a suite as we were 2 adults an 18yr old and a 16yr old. The sofa bed for the teenagers was enormous which was a bonus. We had full access to the fabulous spa and slippers, towels and bathrobes were all provided.

This was a great property, the only thing it needed was a few extra towel hooks / rails in the main bathroom to hang up all the towels & bathrobes after being in the spa.

The staff were excellent - facilities were great - the spa experience was good even though the hotel was very busy it’s summer and everywhere is busy but under the circumstances the experience was good - breakfast was good again bearing in mind how busy this time of year is - fresh and plenty of choice - well done guys and girls if you can achieve this level at the height of season it’s a pat on the back 😊

We appreciated that the hotel was just a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We enjoyed using the spa facilities. The hotel has lots to offer: indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and two outdoor areas to relax on sunbeds. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

We found the prices at the bar and restaurant a bit higher than we expected for this hotel.

Wonderful place to go and unwind. The spa was fantastic and a welcome place to unwind! The hotel has everything we needed and is so close to the city center and train station. We even rented the tandem bike one day to go to the lake which is stunning! Staff met all our needs!!

The restaurant was closed a couple of days which we didn’t know about ahead of time so we didn’t get to try the food there.

The pool facilities were fantastic for the children and kept them amused for hours. Good location close to restaurants and bars.

The sofa bed was a bit creaky and breakfast could have been organised better as it was a bit of a clamour

Pools are nice and comfortable, saunas in particular. Room is comfortable, but balcony is symbolic. Staff was excellent and helpful.

Price of parking was too high given the price of the room. For 207 euros a night parking should be included in the price.

One of the best breakfast since long time ago. Hotel location is perfect in the hearth of the village. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the pool.

We were on a road tour of Europe. Nicest room of any hotel we stayed in. We paid for the recently refurbished room and it was superb.

We were happy to eat out in the evening but if you preferred to eat in the menu was limited.
