Room (suite) was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, well worth €13. Had evening meal on one night. Not a massive choice, but excellent value for money. Good choice of games available for guests, especially loved the table football. Ample parking. All staff very friendly.

Only moan was that the hotel didn't tell us on check-in that they offer a scheme whereby if you stay for more than one night and agree not to have your room made up, they will make a donation to charity for the savings made. We would definitely have agreed to this.

Very nice hotel, in the style of a traditional hotel of medium size. Clean and room was decent size with a view overlooking the hotel garden and a cathedral. It was lovely to sit in the garden in the evening with a glass of wine and read for a while. The hotel has parking, though we arrived by train but worth knowing.

The hotel is within walking distance of the SNCF train station, though it is a lot of uphill walking for 10 to 15 mins, depending on how fast you walk and how much weight you are pulling in your suitcase. But without the luggage, it is close to the main city square and walk street.

This is a very nice modern conversion of an old building. Our room had a big TV and a fridge , tall windows and high ceilings. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good. There was also a secure locked room for bike storage.

There was nothing we didn’t like but one thing was unusual: the hotel has a restaurant with a very limited fixed price menu for lunch and dinner. The lunch is bigger and more expensive than the dinner (which was soup and a cheese plate the night we were there.)

Good location near the city centre, enough parking, nice and fancily decorated hotel. Room was rather large, comfy bed and shower, ... Breakfast was plenty and high quality, the staff really friendly (especially being in France). Premium hotel for sure.

For some reason, the door to the hallway lacks decent sound insulation: people can be heard talking in the hallway. It didn't bother at all, but it stands out since the rest was almost perfect.

Well maintained location, offered a family room. Great breakfast selection and very friendly people working at the hotel. Late arrival on short notice was flawlessly organised and they started the car charger automatically in the morning - great service! Hotel itself is in an older building, well maintained with attention to detail. Rooms and furniture are not the most modern, but it absolutely met our expectations.

Private and safe parking not visible from the street, rich breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, nice garden to sit and relax im the evening, well equipped room with fridge and tea making facilities.

Unfortunately our room was not equipped with A/C. With 30+ degrees outside a bit uncomfortable. At least there was a ventilator in the room. A bit far from the city centre and the promenade.

Very nice, helpful staff. Beautiful building with lovely decor in rooms and in communal areas, and very clean. Our room had a well appointed kitchenette, which was very handy. Excellent selection for breakfast, laid out well in a large dining room. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable but quite simple. Good value for money. We did not eat breakfast so I can't comment on that. The corridors and stairs in the hotel were very well decorated and modern. It has a small garden to sit in.

The location was a little out of town and on a steep hill and the entrance to the parking was tight both entering and leaving. But it was only about 10 mins on foot from the main street in Aix les Bains and many restaurants, so not that bad.

This is an impressive building in a great location. The room was modern and comfortable. We did not know that there was an EV charger when we booked the room but we’re happy to find one which we used to charge the car for a few hours in the evening. Very good hotel experience.

Excellent quiet location close to the city center, a vast garden and many activities nearby including a great thermal station. We had a lot of fun in Aix les bains

We had a great time, nothing to report. Perhaps a vending machine to be able to populate the mini fridge that was in our room would have been handy.
