Our stay was incredible! The hotel is definitely 5-star quality - the only reason it has only 4 stars is that the front desk isn't open 24 hrs, not a problem for guests because there is keypad access after hours. The location is perfect for sightseeing on foot in the old town. The hotel is small, only 10 rooms, and is beautifully designed. Our room was spacious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning that kept us cool even though the weather outside was hot. The bathroom was lavish, very fresh, and the shower was great. Breakfast was continental, with homemade yogurt and good croissants but no cooked food. We ate dinner twice at the hotel and recommend it highly The local Gaillac wines were very good and the menu had both regional and international specialties. All our food was delicious. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Parking was a problem that Booking.com did not warn us about. The hotel has only 6 spaces, so if you want to park at the hotel you should reserve a space in advance by contacting the hotel directly. When we arrived there were no spaces left, so we had to park in a public lot 3 blocks away and feed the meter during the day.

Perfect location on the edge of the city centre, with access to the many extraordinary sights within 10 minutes walk.

the wifi was terrible! staff were helpful but even after logging in at the front desk, connection was lost with 10m, never mind in a 3rd floor bedroom!

The owner was at the reception and he made us feel welcome right away. They had parking, which is not easy in an old town. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The bath and shower worked as they should - modern, high pressure and all the amenities. The A/C was easy to operate and it functioned. Breakfast was upon request with fresh and delicious pastries. Overall cannot recommend the place highly enough.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Albi. Very friendly welcome. Our initial room was beautiful but the air conditioning was not working properly and it was a particularly hot evening. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and moved us immediately. Food in restaurant was delicious as was breakfast on the terrace.

One of the nicest hotel stays we’ve ever had. From the friendly staff to the beautifully appointed very large room to the tasty breakfasts, we were very impressed. There’s much to be said for a family run hotel as opposed to the big chains.

Excellent check-in and welcome. Comfortable room, excellent location, nice dinner in the restaurant and a good garage facility.

Breakfast rather dull. Room was a bit small but we booked on short notice so understand that we got the last one available.

The location is fantastic, as are the staff. Very warm welcome by the team which continued throughout the stay. We ate in the restaurant which was excellent quality. The bedroom was large, light, clean, very comfortable and with a touch of luxury

Wifi was slow at times and you had to keep resigning in. A few too many mirrors.

Loved the whole hotel, very beautifully furnished, and one of the best bathrooms I have seen.

Housekeeping was quite poor for a hotel of the standard and price, 2 Nespresso pods is ridiculous, they weren’t replenished either.
