The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We had to ask for tea/coffe-making facilities but they were then provided. It would have been nice to have seen these in the room on arrival. We paid for breakfast, and thought it was very good value at €10. It was also very useful to have the hotel-discounted parking rate for the public carpark just outside the hotel. The location was superb, on one of Albi's most popular and lively plazas, only minutes away from the magnificent Cathedrale de Saint-Cecile - awesome. We would definitely book this hotel again.

Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation and a good sized balcony. The staff we came into contact with were friendly and helpful, particularly the excellent receptionist. The location is very good, a couple of minutes from the harbour and 4-5 minutes from the extensive beach. Very close to a food shop. We enjoyed the rooftop pool.

Very helpful and friendly hosts -- the hotel's best feature! Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Location is PERFECT for exploring this wonderful town.

Hard to find by car -- just park in the underground Vigan Parking Lot -- we drove all over the place trying to get to the front or back door, which is impossible. Once you know, then it is easy to find! Room is pretty basic, sparce & sober, although perfectly clean.

the staff were very helpful… we don’t have great French but they ensured they looked after us. helpful printing documents we needed, searching for a lost ring… they were considerate and caring.

Very central location, convemiently at thd exit to the Vigan underground parking and reduced rate parking. Clean room. Very prompt response to online question posed prior to the stay. Would stay again.

The hotel needed some features to the rooms which would make it feel more homely and less stark.

Underground car parking adjacent and reduced rates available for hotel customers. Hotel location could not be more convenient for sight-seeing, restaurants etc. Excellent breakfast and value for money. Would certainly recommend.

Central position with excellent car park adjacent, at a reduced guest date. My room was exceptionally quiet for such a central location too.

Brilliant location, a/c worked wonders in the room during the hot spell. But mostly the staff were fantastic, so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We couldn’t have wished for better service x
