Friendly greeting ,convenient ,room was basic but clean ,breakfast was very good , the hotel was convenient for good choice of restaurants. Free parking outside overnight.

The price with breakfast was quite expensive, it needed a hand towel as well as the 2 bath towels, the hotel needs updating , the carpets are very worn and the decor needs refreshing. Most of the restaurants in the vacinity were fully booked so even though we found a lovely local pizzeria eventually it was a bit of a nuisance after travelling .

It was fine for an overnight stop. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

Booked as Alençon was a convenient overnight place to stop on our way to the Vendee. As other Ibis’s we have used thought it would be more on the outskirts of the town but was right in the centre and no parking. Had to park on road which was free from 17.00 to 9.00 next morning but had to pay for two hours before we left.

Great position in the centre of Alencon - Parking not included but 40 cheap pay and display slots in front of the hotel. Easy to locate and reception staff helpful.

At this price unfair to comment on lack of facilities. There was a bar which looked nice and breakfast was available but enjoyed eating out.

Room small but had everything needed. The room was quiet but a lot of noise in the early hours from revellers in the street outside. Location near centre perfect and a charming receptionist made us feel welcome. The breakfast was far better than average and included a lot of ‘ extras’

Air conditioning would have been nice in the high temperatures. A fan was provided but it was squeaky and disturbed our sleep. No other complaints.

Location and price. Staff friendly and helpful, giving recommendation for alternative restaurant to the busy next door one - alternative, just a short stroll away down a side street, proved to be marvellous! Excellent breakfast.

Parking in vicinity was limited and the ‘regime’ for it wasn’t obvious but the desk staff very helpfully explained and advised us.

Nice central hotel with friendly staff, reasonable breakfast choice and good parking right outside on little used road. Easy walk to choice of restaraunts.

perfect location to explore, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant snd extremely helpful with my booking and very early learning of french. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choices and all fresh.

Usual Ibis standard. Excellent staff, very good breakfast, location a short walk from Alencon centre.. Good value considering it was the very busy MotoGP weekend.

No private parking. Would've been a pain in a car but we parked motorcycles on the pavement.

Good location parking directly outside, you have to pay but its free from 6pm to 9am the next day. Good value for money, all downstairs rooms well decorated , fan in the room
