The room was very cozy, quiet, liked the design and the bed, very comfortable. Also loved the fact that was warm in the room and had a kettle and a coffee machine. The room was very clean and the staff friendly, cleaned our room every day and re-filled the water, coffee and tea. The neighborhood is not the best but the metro is right near the hotel so in 15 min you get to the centre(15 min to Champs Elysees station).

Absolutely fantastic hotel.. very clean , welcoming staff, great location to get out and about in Paris.. nothing is more than 30 to 60 minutes away, the location feels safe, Hotel seems to be environmentally thoughtful, especially on not overly needing to change towels unnecessarily unless that is the customers wish. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure trips

Sometimes the floors were not hoovered properly, but otherwise the bathrooms and beds made daily. Some staff are more welcoming than others,, but I have no major complaints... Muhammed the night concierge was great.

The hotel is 10 out of 10, really. In different aspects it either met or exceeded our expectations, as a couple going on a short trip to Paris. It's all new, clean and tidy. Breakfast was perfect - diverse options and quality products, well worth the extra cost versus the typical French breakfast you would normally get. In our case it was also straight forward returning from an event at Stade de France with the metro at night - the station is adjacent to the hotel.

Location is relatively far from city centre, however that's quite alright since you've got the metro station literally next door. I'm not sure how good the area is, as we didn't explore it, however in any case I prefer to travel 20-25 min by metro and arrive directly at the hotel rather than travelling say 10 min with the metro and walk 10-15 min in an unknown / dodgy area in other parts of Paris.

The bed was excellent, and there was a convenient small coffee machine and fridge in the room. The location is fantastic – while it may not be in the center, there is a metro station just a minute away from the hotel. Moreover, in the same neighborhood, you'll find a bakery, a supermarket, and even a McDonald's. Room and bathroom were clean.

Unfortunately, we had a shower drainage issue during our stay. We reported the problem to the hotel staff, but someone came to inspect it without us and quickly examined it without identifying the actual cause. On a positive note, after a brief conversation with the receptionist, they kindly offered to move us to a different room. Additionally, the hotel seemed to have insufficient elevator capacity, with only two elevators serving seven or eight floors. As a result, there were occasions when I had to wait for up to 10 minutes for one to arrive.

I almost don't want to right a review. When you find a hidden treasure you want to keep it for yourself. The hotel is far enough outside the city centre to be quiet yet close enough for a quick Metro ride in. It essentially on top of the Metro station, around the corner from an incredibe boulangerie (even though the breakfast looked amazing). There's secure underground parking, the rooms are tastefully decorated (ours had a fridge, sink and coffee machine). The bed was very comfortable, and we had a lovely view Paris. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and happy to help with any query we had. We will absolutely stay here again and also recommend it to others thinking of heading to Paris. Book a stay here, you will not regret it!

We really were happy with everything, it was a great stay.

The hotel is very modern, staff was courteous and professional. Super clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Good breakfast and nice bar. Easy walking access within 2 minutes to the bus & train system to get into central Paris. Boulangerie's within walking distance- 5 minutes.

Breakfast was amazing, rooms are quiet, staff is very friendly overall. Night staff was super helpful with plenty of availability on drinks cocktails or even hot food, which is super nice after a long day in the city. Having private underground parking was a bliss as the surrounding area wasn't as reassuring.

We have reached out to the hotel few days before to see if we can check-in few hours early, they it could be possible which ended up turning out not to be the case. After a long drive, a proper shower would have felt amazing on arrival but we had to wait until the official check-in time, which isn't the end of the world but definitely would have made our short city-break.

It is close to the metro station that can take you to any where in the city and the fair is ok.

The central air condition is not cold at all that we had to be sleeping with our windows open and when we told them about it, they said it’s central AC and there is nothing they can do about it. Secondly, their breakfast was all pork meat and i don’t eat pork so i usually go out to look for what to eat. Thirdly there was a false fire alarm that woke me up very as if i was doing a military drill.

we really enjoyed our holiday in paris . don't regret staying at this hotel, and will definitely come back here again. if we visit paris . the mattresses they have are very, very comfortable (I would love if you guys leaked the brand) because I forgot to take a picture of your mattress brand 😁 . the hotel is very clean , they even have a coffee machine , small kitchen with fridge and stove . of course with cutlery . the staff is very good . and 1 minute walk to the metro, making it very easy to explore Paris.

a little difficult to get out of the parking with our car , because the gate would not open. because the instructions were not clear, so we had a little trouble. but that's okay. we're out of the parking lot.

The location, quality, location to Metro were all superb. We werre visiting our daughter who lives nearby. It was therefore excellent in every way. We drank in the bar, had a small meal. The surroundings and ambience were great. The hotel looks great fromn outside and is not atr all disappoiinting on entry. All the staff were helpful, very friendly and extremely pleasant. We had a short but excellent stay.

The only area where we struggled was getting into the parking. However, once you had done it once it was so easy. We didn't quite understand the code system initially.
