We stayed during the Olympics so it was very convenient for the hockey, but the station (Le Stade) is only a 10 minutes walk away and 4 stops to Gare Saint-Lazare so it's a fairly good location if you want to be out of central Paris. The hotel is very clean and welcoming and the bar/restaurant is really convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The immediate surroundings outside the hotel are pretty awful but once you walk in the door there is a feeling a calm.

I arrived into Le Stade (station) with my 8 year old daughter and our luggage. I thought it would be a short walk then over a footbridge to access the hotel. The footbridge is closed and it wasn't immediately obvious how to get over the main road. As it turned out it wasn't that difficult to get across but if you have a lot of luggage it's not an ideal walk from the station. I was annoyed to see that the room rate had reduced considerably by the time I got there so wish I hadn't booked so far in advance. If I'd paid the cheaper rate then I would definitely say good value for money but sadly this wasn't the case for me.

Rooms were modern and clean, had a small kitchen facility in our room which we didn’t use, but would have on a longer stay. Location was great for getting in and out of the city centre, just a 5/10 minute walk to the nearest station. It was also possible to see the Eiffel Tower from our side of the hotel!! We visited for the Olympics and so the location was nice and quiet. It was also very close to the Hockey stadium which we had tickets too and was walkable! All the staff were excellent and we were able to leave luggage with them on our final day while we went off to the hockey bronze medal match and collect again before heading for our Eurostar home :)

Our room was on the 9th floor and it was possible to open the very large window fully, possibly very dangerous for anyone travelling with children. We are an adult couple so it didn’t bother us and was great for getting air into the room, which was needed as it was not possible to get the room cool enough during the very hot weather we had there. The air con was worthless.

The Desk Staff are very helpful and friendly. Dafne is the best and the most pleasant. I did have issues with the cleaning staff...

The cleaning staff are contractors, I was told. They were not as thorough and timely in taking care of my room. Despite the notes given them from the front desk, they ignored the request. It was almost 8 days before housekeeping cleaned my room with fresh bed linens and they did not clean the bathroom sink, nor the kitchenette sink or floors. I certainly hope that the view below the location is improved. Perhaps it is all unpleasant due to nearby construction for the upcoming Olympics.

The room was tidy and clean, great fragrance when you enter the room. Kitchen utensils of good quality, air conditioning system was great.. overall great experience.. Did not use public transport so no comments on location from connectovity point of view.. parking is spacious and secured.. cab takes around 20 euros and 35 mins to city .. no complaints overall Will surely visit again..

only thing to note is bathroom , just when u take bath, the water tends to splash out so bathroom wall of plastic film would be good.. but its not an issue or deal breaker

What I liked about the property is that the design of the hotel and rooms is beautiful. The hotel room is quite big really affordable prices. There’s even a kitchen that is really a good thing because you can cook your own meals. and to finish the hotel is really clean.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the property, but I would add two things about the kitchen there is everything except a bottle of salt and pepper. If they add that that will be amazing, especially for people that cook their own meals.

The room was new, well-designed and perfect for us. Very convenient also to have a kitchen with fridge in the room. The hotel is close to a train station. So we could leave our car at the hotel and explore Paris by public transportation. It was all we hoped for and more.

There was still construction sites around the hotel. Also, there's no place to stop/park the car in front of the building. However, we quickly understood where to enter the underground parking so that solved it for us.

Location was excellent for the hockey olympics, cost 27 euro to get into central paris by uber, rooms big, and clean, staff very helpful and nice, area was a bit run down and lots of building work going on. Really nice hotel Hopster near by for dinner with a view

Food in the evening was not great, pasta was over cooked and stuck together, french fries were over done, salad was ok so we decided not to eat in after that.

Great location between the J line train and the Yves du Manoir stadium. It was clearly newly built, clean and comfortable and quiet despite being pleasantly busy with a great atmosphere!

The surroundings looked like a building site so would hope that improves to get good business post Olympics. Closing the bar for a private party for the Dutch was a bit frustrating: we were residents too (and delighted the Dutch had won!)

The apartment was a very nice size, the bathroom was clean and spotless. The heating worked really well even in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The train station wasn’t too far.

We were given the wrong key when we arrived and then the electricity for the room wasn’t working so someone had to come and fix it which was quite frustrating considering the long journey. The TV wasn’t smart so that was a downside.

Large room with great air-conditioning. also had tea and coffee making facilities and a hob and fridge. Pleasant feeling reception and breakfast area. Great location for the hockey at the Olympics and very reasonably priced considering most hotels had hiked up their fees

Parking was 11 euros a night extra and the parking was not easy to get into and out of
