Very close to the airport, free transfer every 30 minutes, very convenient. Clean room, friendly staff.

The toilet didn't have the toilet brush for unknown reason, it was inappropriate. The door lock required maintenance, it worked only from 5-6 attempt, nothing special, but maybe my review will help to fix it for the next guests. The teapot should be replaced, it was leaking, so I had to empty it every time I boiled the water for a coffee and clean the table from leaked water. Also the quality of air was a big question, because the airport is too close,there was a smell of polluted air in the room, nothing could be done about it, but probably requires cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning filters more frequently. Room number was 204.

Clean, comfortable rooms, a pretty good breakfast and, surprisingly, a great seafood restaurant next door! The free airport transfer was quick and easy to organise. The room has all the basics, including tea and coffee making facilities, and air conditioning (which we really needed in the heatwave!) A quick and easy check in/check out too. Public transport from the other side of Paris took quite a long time but the hotel is within walking distance of the tram stop.

From the outside, the hotel doesn't look appealing but it was much nicer inside. It's not a particularly attractive or interesting part of Paris, so I wouldn't stay there for more than a short stay, but it's very convenient for airport travel.

breakfast is on the basis of first come eats best, by 9-9.30 whatever is missing does not get replaced, also the French staff were arrogant, pointing out the real time was 4 minutes to ten by my iPhone and also the TV, that did not matter, their dining room clock was 4 minutes fast and the coffee machine was switched off on the dot of 4 minutes early. all tongs were removed so no one could serve themselves, on dot, without announcing a pre warning of closure. pathetic.

Best option for a stay at Orly airport for a night if one départs early in the morning. The hotel has a free shuttle bus. The room is available at 12:00. There is a restaurant on the site.

At midnight the hotel stuff decided to move furniture or do some rearrangement in the room above us on the 2d floor. Something was dropping on the floor with a lot of noise. Impossible to fell asleep! How could it come to one’s head to do this kind of things at midnight????

Convenient stay before early morning departure from ORY. Easy walking to shopping mall with restaurants and stores. Rooms are simple, but well laid out and clean and quiet. Large elevator. Public transport from the 7th arrondisment in Paris to the hotel was easy enough and not far to walk from the tram stop to the hotel.

We needed to be on the first airport shuttle of the day, but when we arrived at the front desk at 4:45 am, the shuttle was already full, so we had to wait for the next shuttle. All worked out with us making our flight, but it was a bit nerve wracking.

Although close to the airport, it was silent inside the room. The staff and cleaning ladies were very friendly. Extra coffee and tee was given with a smile. Everything was so clean that I refused them to clean my room.

The TV remote control was not always working I would appreciate a chair in the room, to watch tv sitting, instead of watching from the bed.

The hotel is very close from the airport which was really nice since my sister and I landed after 11 pm. There is a free shuttle that pick you up from the airport and takes you to the hotel. In the morning it also takes you back to the airport where you can get the bus to Paris City Centre. This is a very good option for a night if you have a flight to catch early morning or if you arrive very late. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff at reception was very nice. Nice that they provide a kettle for coffee and tea and some biscuits.

If you arrive late and you are staying here, make sure to buy food/eat at the airport. We couldn't find anything open that late. There was a vending machine at the hotel with some sweets but nothing else. There is also a restaurant next to the hotel but they were closing and they only had seafood available.

I particularly loved the ease of check-in and check-out. The room was terrific. Perhaps smaller than I thought it would be, but perfectly comfortable. The location, for me, could not have been better situated for one who likes to walk, or if you prefer the Paris Metro. I would most definitely stay here again. I cannot mention anything negative of note.

Clean spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Answered all our questions of getting around the area as well as the city center. Serviced our room every day, with sufficient bathroom essentials. And please note, they have a scale to weigh your luggage before flying out. Free airport shuttle was a bonus. Close to tram and bus station. Walking distance to a shopping mall.

Just that it's a far out of the city centre

- Shuttle to airport - we were able to drop our car rental & catch the shuttle back to the hotel & then used it to get to the airport the next day. A great free service, thx -lovely helpful staff - close to a few restaurants - a Portuguese beside & a surprisingly good asian one a few mins walkawsy - & a shopping centre with a gaint Carrefour supermarket - v clean & comfortable room We will use them again as it was perfect if flying in or out of Orly

Nothing. A little fridge in the room would have been nice as it was a heatwave day but really it was great value stay
