Novotel Paris Coeur d'Orly Airport

Walking distance to the airport with a covered walkway. The sofa bed in the family room was surprisingly comfortable. Not the horrible cheap ones with springs that dig in to your back. It was two single beds also which makes it nicer for teenage kids especially. I also like the water machine downstairs where you can fill up your bottles for free. A really nice touch as I'm alway dehydrated after a flight.

Pretty pleased with it all. If I'm being picky I would didn't like the paper cups in the room. Would have been nice to have proper glasses and cups.

Went for 1 night because our flight back home was very early in the morning, so we arrived late at night, had dinner and got everything ready to make the leaving easier since we were travelling with a toddler. The recepcionist was extremely polite and nice, she even gifted our kid a small plushie. Explained how to leave the key at the check out box and that's basically it. For what it was, when I made the reservation the price was fair and the hotel is very nice. You only need to cross the walkway to get to the airport. The closest terminal es T4, but the others are literally 10 minutes away (even if the signs say otherwise).

A great room from a reliable hotel chain that delivers comfort and quality just a short walk across the bridge from Paris Orly T4 terminal. Our flight arrived at 11 pm and the clear instructions from the hotel made finding it and check-in super easy - this was greatly appreciated when you have two tired young kids. Room had all the mod conveniences and was a great place to overnight after a long flight before heading downtown in an BOLT for about $30

The ultra-modern bathroom setup made it a bit hard for 2 people to be in the bathroom at the same time. A small issue overall

First of all, the location could not be better, it is amazing to be able to walk to the airport. It was my second stay here and the high quality is still the same, with a very nice staff, cozy spaces, large bedroom with a nice shower. The breakfast is also very complete and has an amazing variety of foods. Last time I had some problems with the booking and they were super kind when solving my problem, so I would definitely stay here a third time and I would also reccomend it for others.

I really do not have anything bad to write. For its price, the hotel offers an excelent service.

The only complaint as that our room backed on to the lift (shaft,I think ),one of the lifts made a clunking sound ,sporadically —- of course you only register it once you’re in bed ,so it woke me up early morning when people with early flights started using the lift !

After finding out at Orly airport my flight got cancelled and rescheduled for the next day, I had nowhere to go but luckily there was a vacancy at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and the facilities were amazing. I loved the location as it was only a 5 minute walk to the airport.

I noticed those with bulky suitcases, baby strollers and the elderly didn’t have the best time with the stairs on the bridge but this isn’t the hotels fault, just something to be aware of if this applies to you.

Dining room was excellent and a big reason for staying there. The cleverly designed small room, made it comfortable. Staff was helpful, friendly and check in was painless. The comfortable waiting area sectioned off for privacy and the outside courtyard were very welcoming places.

The brand new mattresses were covered with a plastic mattress cover. We both woke up sweating profusely twice. I thought I had a fever. Plastic is probably the worst thing to use. IT doesn’t allow your body to breathe. The hotel parking lot was very hard for our driver to find. We ended up pulling up in front of the Ibis and walking instead.

A very convenient location as it is walking distance from Orly Airport. It doesn't fail in any particular way. It has confortable decent size rooms with decent cleaning and efficient AC. Room gets almost totally dark in the night and it is super quiet. Bath products for Rituals (Ritual of Karma) are really good. None bad smell in the bathroom. Big modern TV. Confortable bed and sheets.

Too much carpets everywhere with some stains inside and outside the rooms. Maybe they should consider only having carpets in the halls. Some halls smell bad. Overall a nice expericence for what it is and I really recommend it for anyone who needs to get very early in the Orly Airport.

The location was excellent. The staff member who checked us in was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary water is always appreciated. The decor and ambiance in the restaurant was also very pleasant

The service in the restaurant was a bit slow as it seemed that they had forgotten our order.

Excellent experience! Loved everything about it! I'm really happy with the choice. I'm going to explain why, in my honest opinion, Novotel is by far the best choice if you travel through Orly Airport. My son (5) and i were in a long trip overseas. For the first flight i naively booked a room for us at the neighbor hotel for a very small price difference thinking that it cannot go wrong (145 € instead of 175€ at Novotel). Boy I was wrong... The room was incredibly small and overheated, couldn't open a window to get some fresh air, didn't even have the space to properly open the suitcase unless it was on the bed, the bathroom was ridiculously small and the hand soap was attached to the wall at the level of my head, which made it impossible for my son to reach it and use the bathroom independently, plus it smelled like bleach and old confined space. The bed only had 1 small pillow per person and there were only 2 fairly small towels. The way from the elevator to the room felt like a maze.... both the hallways and the room looked and smelled old. For our trip back i booked a room at Novotel hoping they'd have better conditions than their neighbor. It really exceeded my expectations! First off, we were able to access the room at 9 am instead of the regular check-in time (14:00) for a reasonable 50€ difference. I say reasonable because the services and conditions in this hotel are definetly worth every cent. We were welcomed by 2 staff members who were very kind, smiling, helpful, very polite and they even offered a little welcoming gift to my son. The room was very spacious and fresh with a very beautiful design, the bathroom looked modern and shiny, with a spacious italian shower and a mirror door, there were many towels that were nicely folded and everything smelled nice. The bed was very confortable and we had 2 pillows per person. There was a nice couch with a little table where my son could sit comfortably to eat, play and draw.
