The hotel is located near the main square in Aups. The attached restaurant was very good and has a beautiful outdoor area where breakfast was served. The room was comfortable and clean. Free private parking is available.

The shower hose was too short. It was a challenge for my 6ft tall husband to shower.

Location is absolutely ideal, in the middle of Aups–while feeling somehow isolated, in a good way! If you want to explore Aups and its surrounding, it is a perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

A little nitpick–better shower products would have been welcome!

I liked the location, the fact that there was a private parking space locked at night, the fact that animals were accepted and that the staff was nice and welcoming. I also enjoyed the size of the bedroom and the fact that the hotel allowed to have dinner in the bedroom from the restaurant below. Also I found the price decent for the value of the stay. In addition the hotel and the bedroom were clean.

The mattress was really uncomfortable : completely damaged on the left side, I took a superior room for the confort but it felt like a single bed since only the right side of the mattress was ok but still far from the type of mattress in which it is possible to have a proper rest. The fact that i had to cross the restaurant to go in and out was not the most handy nor private. Finally the breakfast which I took once was not great: the baguette was good, the eggs too but i did never get the tea i had ordered , the cheese looks like a McDonald type of cheese and the choice was very limited : it is ok if you are hungry but it was not a pleasure. Although again the staff was very nice. Finally from one room to another it can be loud and the hotel is above a restaurant so it loud until late.

Excellent location in Aups for the foothills of the Alps. Super staff and good food. Nice atmosphere. Super helpful owner. Good parking.

Room cleaner not great. Family wedding meant it was effectively closed for two days with no restaurant and us as only guests including almost being locked in on one night

central to the village. rooms had air con and a fridge/freezer. WiFi which was perfect for the children!

bathrooms were tired. the shower wasn’t overhead so awkward to shower in especially with children. breakfast had to be Pre booked which we didn’t know about so couldn’t have it.

Good location, in desperate need of a renovation.
