The property has an absolutely fantastic pool, And is very well located, if you have a car. The facilities are lovely. The room is very comfortable, and we had a lovely balcony that overlooked the sea. The breakfast was very nice. The provision of free flowing sparkling water is really fantastic, particularly when it’s hot.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, however the welcome could be really improved by an introduction to the area, provision of a map, and outlining all of the available options. An example is the fact that a very short stroll down the road and through a small laneway is a beach, a lovely patisserie, and a small, supermarket which is really helpful. I think the state would’ve been really improved if the staff helped out with tourism advice, which would be really beneficial. The room was not cleaned on one of the four nights, because of an overlook by the cleaning staff, which was unfortunate.

The breakfast was a bit poor and overpriced,the worst thing was uncooked baguette and the toaster bread was stale like it was in the basket for a week,if you go to have breakfast after 9pm there would be no food left,just crumbles and no clean tables to sit down,only one waitress who is extremely busy and can’t manage it all.

We had a charming short stay near the end of April in Pietracap Hotel - it was extremely quiet at that time. I feel as though everything in the hotel is purposefully designed for the comfort of the guests, from the simple but pleasant room, to the lovely pool area and garden, and even the tap with sparkling water near the lobby. There is nothing particularly fancy about these things, but everything is just right and done in very good taste. I would love to visit again and spend a few days in this tranquil space! Get the sea view room if you can!

The hotel is excellent. The room was big, clean, new, and beautiful, and it had a big balcony with a wonderful view of the beautiful garden with the pool and flowers. The garden and the pool are big, so I was able to relax and enjoy the beauty of trees and flowers. The big terrace with comfortable sofas and deckchairs next to the pool enables great relaxation. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Everything was fantastic and the whole experience was amazing. I will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to others.

Due to a delay with the Ferry, I (and some other guests) arrived very late, but the receptionist was exceptional friendly and helpful to each guest. Also the next morning, as I had some problems with my car, again the staff at the reception was very helpful and made some phone calls to organise a mechanic for me. The breakfast was good, enough but a bit expensive for what was on offer.

A lovely peaceful hotel with beautiful views to the sea over the tranquil, shady garden. Lovely pool and plenty of poolside seating. The rooms are calm, cool and very quiet. Really good breakfast sitting on the terrace. Pietracap is a treat if a hotel - we’ll be back next year.

The downsides are a lack of a kettle in the room - especially if, like us, you are leaving for a ferry before the breakfast room opens - and no bar or mini bar (once the poolside bar closes). It would have been nice to sit with a glass of wine overlooking the gardens at the end of the day. It would be helpful if the used pool towels were collected as people leave them on the beds, which makes it seem as though they are occupied when they weren’t.

Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pool and extensive garden and a view of the sea. There were table and chairs on the balcony. The hotel is newly refurbished and modern and fresh. We only stayed one night and left early to catch the ferry but there was all night reception so early check out was not a problem. It was only a three minute drive to the ferry terminal. The pool is lovely. Free parking at the front of the hotel was a bonus. It was a bit of a drive to eating places in the city.

There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, no bottled water provided and only two paper cups. Hotels in this price range usually provide these facilities. Our neighbours made the most of their balcony seating and talked out there until 3:30 am. This was not the hotel’s fault and we didn’t feel inclined to ring reception in the middle of the night.

The staff were very kind, accommodating and helpful all throughout our stay. The bedroom was very spacious and had an impressive view. The food at the restaurant, both at breakfast and dinner was extremely good.

The only complaint I can think of is the lack of a bathroom near the pool.

Room really nice, balcony surrounded by stunning flowers, staff very welcoming and accomodating, helpful and chilled out, breakfast was fabulous, swimming pool extremely plaisant, car parking facilities easy access, cold water fountain in corridor was really appreciated, room facilities excellent.

Lush hotel, well maintained, extremely comfortable, views, cocktails, good food, fantastic rooms with perfect beds. Staff is truly amazing. Parking is easy, the place is quiet but not silent. We regretted only that we couln't stay longer.

Really, there is just nothing to improve. Please just go on like that. To management: great stuff!
