Breakfast was good for the price, parking was very helpful at the place. The room was clean and big enough for family of 3. Wi-Fi signal was lower. Beaulieu-sur-Mer was peaceful.

It’s the best match : value = money! Staff was great and responsive! Any issues are getting resolved immediately. The location is perfect, the way to a beach takes 5 mins. There are a lot of facilities around: pharmacies, shops and groceries, restaurants, bus stop, etc. Pretty clean and green yard on the territory is available. Private parking for 10€ / day (per car) is really nice to have , and it’s available! The area is quiet at night, so you can really have a rest. Generally, It was a pleasure to spend our time in Carlton! I would definitely recommend this place.

1) I’m not really happy with lack of cleaning service in rooms, you have to clean it by yourself. But Carlton provides all necessary stuff for cleaning and washing. There is a washing machine and a drier on each floor (for a common usage). 2) we arrived at night and there is no possibility to park your car to a private parking, since you get a PIN code only the next day. So you have to find a place around to park your car (that is not easy). 3) The Receiption is available only until 4 or 5 PM, that is not perfect. But at the same time, you can always call them by phone and they solve your issues.

Convenient quiet residential location, but just beside town centre, for cafés, restaurants, local shops. Five minutes walk to nearest public beach and train station. Good sized bedroom room with kitchen facilities. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning was very satisfactory and relatively silent. Very helpful staff, especially in Reception. Breakfast, included in our booking, was somewhat limited, but fair value-for-money compared with alternatives available outside. Parking available on-site (for a fee), although we did not have a car, but used the very convenient and frequent train service for travel along the coast. Any issues we had (see below) were frankly quite minor.

Our room was at 'garden level', so no balcony or view, only a tiny patio. However, this meant it was cooler than rooms with balconies on higher levels which, given the exceptional heat in this region of France for much of this summer, was probably actually a practical bonus! I would have liked a choice of pillows, as those provided were very hard!

This hotel is clean, extremely well located for the Baie des Fourmis and the train station and centre of town. It was a very tranquil environment and we were lucky to have a wonderful view ( Although partial view) from our little terrace to the sea. It’s is clean, rooms are really spacious and we had a lovely terrace, very helpful staff and well located and good value. Nothing fancy mind but just the ticket.

The beds and pillows were not that comfortable. Breakfast was not extravagant.

It was a below ground room but had patio doors onto a small patio where we could let the dog out. It was bright and airy, big room and big bathroom with kitchen facilities and a fridge and coffee maker. Parking was good - 10E per day and the staff were incredibly helpful. Location was excellent - I have stayed very local before and love this area.

The shower leaked very slightly under the screen and we had excess water on the bathroom floor - a couple of extra towels would have been useful but nothing of any problem.

This is the best location to explore French Riviera, Beaulieu-sur-Mer is away from busy Nice, half way towards Monaco, pleasant walk to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, the hotel is next to the train station, easy to find, quiet residential neighborhood. The guests are quiet, on the older side. The room had a kitchen, so you could cook instead of spending money on restaurants, there is a fridge, which is a big plus in a hot summer. Nice communal garden, many rooms had balcony - terrace. In my room there was a tables with chairs. Air conditioner. Self-check in option. Many prospects and info booklets at the reception with useful info.

Chech-in is only open 3 -5 pm! Not 8 pm as written in booking. com. When I arrived the door was shut and you could only get inside the building if you had access code. What if you don't have internet to read messages the hotel staff sends you via platform. There was a phone to call for contact and all was resolved, but it wasn't a smooth check-in. The matresses are old and you could feel many guests slept there before. The decoration and the furniture are on the older side as well as kitchen appliances

Great location, walking distance to beach, shops, supermarket, restaurants, bus and train. Great base to visit Monaco, Nice and Cannes. Apartment was clean and comfortable, good size, comfortable bed and air conditioning works well. Located in a beautiful town away from the crowds. We stayed for 6 nights and loved it.

My only suggestion is to replace carpet in the corridor on level 1.

Great location within walking distance of a lovely beach and all amenities in Beaulieu. Enjoyed the walk around Saint Jean Cap Ferret with lots of cafes and bars. We had a large apartment with balcony and sea view with kitchenette. However would benefit from slight refurbishment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Public rooms downstairs were modern and well decorated. The garden was an added bonus with tables/chairs/loungers. Enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.

Amazing location for a budget trip. Very close to the main areas of the town. 5mins walk to the beach, train station and cafes and bars. Nice quiet location for a good night's sleep too. Facilities are basic, but everything works well and is clean. Spacious rooms and a nice balcony as an added bonus. We'll definitely return!

Not much. For the price, it would be unreasonable to expect any more. Just a note that the doors don't close on the latch behind you and need locking. Luckily all our passports, laptops and other valuables were still there after a few hours out!

location is wonderful - about 10 minutes walk. the rooms are very clean and well isolated - we didn’t hear any noise during our stay. the appartment is equipped with a mini kitchen which was enough for our stay with a newborn. bathroom is simply perfect and all brand new

the parking is bit narrow, but still ok breakfast is served from 8am, it was late for use, cause we had to leave at 7
