The pool area, the rooms, the view

I was moved to a room that was just below the bar area, the sound of shuffling chairs made it impossible to sleep even with earplugs in. I found the breakfast service coud be better. I thought the incuded breakfast would include eggs or cereal but it was only breads. I paid extra for items like a fruit salad but they were very small and quite expensive. The table service would be nicer with water included and larger portions (e.g. the juice was tiny).

The hotel is beautiful. The location offers a breathtaking view of Villefranche Sur Mer and Cap Ferrat. The balcony is the highlight of the room. The hotel pool blends in with the view and has comfortable furniture and very good bar service. The restaurant is very good too!

The acoustics in the rooms are poor. You can hear any noise, no matter how small, from the rooms next door. This disturbs sleep and privacy.

This hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations! Absolutely stunning view, great pool & breakfast area. Perfect place to base yourself for a week in the S.O.F! Free parking was amazing as we were able to park the car. Nice quiet area away from the hustle & bustle of Nice or Cannes. Will definitely be returning next year

Hotel Versailles is in a great location, a short walk from the centre of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, and is a modern property benefitting from a lovely pool area.

We requested a mini fridge and a kettle to be available in our room and Hotel Versailles very kindly e-mailed us to say that they would do their best to provide this. However, on arrival at the hotel, they had omitted to provide the items. The gentleman on the Front Desk was very helpful and they did rectify the issue the following day.

The view from the pool , restaurant and room 356 were amazing All the staff were amazing especially the lady behind the front desk Easy on site parking and a short walk down hill to lots of restaurants Hop on hop off bus stop to explore nice is about 200 meters down the road Block out shutters on the window blocks all sun in the morning so can sleep in (switch beside bed makes it so easy to use) Breakfast was good but limited options

Small but great little hotel…we loved the relaxed atmosphere, the location and beautiful views out to sea. The room we had for 4 with two bedrooms worked well for our family…the town is lovely with good restaurants, stunning scenery and a great harbour and beach

The food in the pool house was great. All staff were friendly and inviting. The location was great with easy access to Nice and Monaco too. The views from the hotel were amazing.

The AC in our room was not strong enough. We were provided with a fan to assist.

The location is second to none, with stunning sea views over the bay to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. I was most excited to return to this hotel for the excellent breakfast, with beautifully displayed fruit salads, yoghurts, fresh bread and pastries, unlimited coffee and fruit juice and a beautiful shaded terrace to enjoy it all with the view of the mediterranean. The staff are the hotel's biggest asset, with excellent service, particularly the guys by the pool bar, who couldn't be more helpful to fulfil your wishes! With the hotel perfectly located just 20 mins from Nice by bus, and Beaulieu-Sur-Mer on the other side of the bay, it is a total dream :)

The rooms could be a little bigger and there was some dust on higher surfaces, but this is minimal.

We were right next to the bar / restaurant and were woken up very early [i.e. 0500hrs] by the staff laying out table settings and people having their having their breakfasts / meetings meant we could hear quite a lot and was not very private for our terrace space.

The location of the property and the view from the balcony was incredible l, clean property/rooms The restaurants in the hotel has a very talented chef/cooks. Food was incredible

Breakfast included was with poor choice. If I knew it was like that I wouldn’t have booked with breakfast included
