The hotel is beautiful. The location offers a breathtaking view of Villefranche Sur Mer and Cap Ferrat. The balcony is the highlight of the room. The hotel pool blends in with the view and has comfortable furniture and very good bar service. The restaurant is very good too!

The acoustics in the rooms are poor. You can hear any noise, no matter how small, from the rooms next door. This disturbs sleep and privacy.

Hotel Versailles is in a great location, a short walk from the centre of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, and is a modern property benefitting from a lovely pool area.

We requested a mini fridge and a kettle to be available in our room and Hotel Versailles very kindly e-mailed us to say that they would do their best to provide this. However, on arrival at the hotel, they had omitted to provide the items. The gentleman on the Front Desk was very helpful and they did rectify the issue the following day.

The view from the pool , restaurant and room 356 were amazing All the staff were amazing especially the lady behind the front desk Easy on site parking and a short walk down hill to lots of restaurants Hop on hop off bus stop to explore nice is about 200 meters down the road Block out shutters on the window blocks all sun in the morning so can sleep in (switch beside bed makes it so easy to use) Breakfast was good but limited options

The location is second to none, with stunning sea views over the bay to Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. I was most excited to return to this hotel for the excellent breakfast, with beautifully displayed fruit salads, yoghurts, fresh bread and pastries, unlimited coffee and fruit juice and a beautiful shaded terrace to enjoy it all with the view of the mediterranean. The staff are the hotel's biggest asset, with excellent service, particularly the guys by the pool bar, who couldn't be more helpful to fulfil your wishes! With the hotel perfectly located just 20 mins from Nice by bus, and Beaulieu-Sur-Mer on the other side of the bay, it is a total dream :)

The rooms could be a little bigger and there was some dust on higher surfaces, but this is minimal.

The location of the property and the view from the balcony was incredible l, clean property/rooms The restaurants in the hotel has a very talented chef/cooks. Food was incredible

WOW this hotel exceeded my expectations and as an American traveller they are high because I am used to comfy beds, fast internet, and cool rooms. This hotel met all those and also had an incredible view and lovely staff, I spent most of my time by the pool and walking to restaurants because they were that close! I am already planning when I can go back with my husband :) thank you hôtel le Versailles team!

I only wished the staff would take drink orders at the pool since there was a bar.

hotel staff were very disinterested hotel rooms were expensive but did not even have any plugs for the bedside lamps to plug into!! so couldn’t have any lower level bedside lighting or bedside phone charging, and staff didn’t care… no one volunteered any info about the hotel. room could have been cleaner. bar staff did not approach you to offer a drink. all a bit odd! would I stay here again - probably yes because of the views, but ai would hunt around for better alternatives first.

great location- wonderful views from the balcony and dining area; food especially breakfast was wonderful

though there was off street parking it wasn’t guaranteed/ first come first served. if full you had to take your chances and park on the street. Though place was clean you could tell it hadn’t been restored or updated in a while. Some areas looked tired.

I love this hotel. It is in the most perfect location with outstanding views. The staff are wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us despite being very busy. I have already booked to come back. Thankyou Hotel Le Versailles for a wonderful stay!

Roof top restaurant has the most amazing views. As did our room. Absolutely lovely staff at breakfast and serving drinks/food around the pool. Delicious breakfast too!

The hotel rents out sun beds around the pool to the public on a daily basis. The pool attendant(Alex) is very grumpy if any aren’t available for the day guests and actually tries to encourage hotel guests off the beds. Fridge and kettle would have been welcome in our room.
