The staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. eg Claire searched on the internet for us regarding train reservations (which were all fully booked) and told us about BlaBlaCar which solved our onward travel difficulties. The cleaner lady immediately offered and insisted to help me with my case down to the ground floor when I was checking out which was very kind of her. (There’s no lift.) The on site restaurant served a good breakfast and dinner. Comfortable communal area to sit and relax. Bus stop outside the hotel. There’s a supermarket walking distance away.

We had understood from reading previous answers to others’ questions that the airport shuttle was 10 minutes from the airport - but it is only so on the trip TO the airport! coming from the airport you’re the last stop of a long loop - probably almost 40 minutes! Proper cups in the room rather than paper ones would be a lot better for a cup of tea / coffee! The room has no fan or air con so is very hot u less you sleep with the window open, which was then fine. The WiFi is pretty slow….

Very friendly staff with good, helpful service. My room was clean and comfortable and felt safe with the door lock. Great price given the location, which was within easy transport between the airport and Beauvais Station. I appreciated the tea/coffee in my room too!

I could hear noise from the lounge/corridor in my bedroom; one of the cups in my rooms was a little dirty, staff member gave me some incorrect information about using the bus service.

The hotel is a budget, no frills facility ( I was aware when I booked it). Great price and value. The rooms were very adequate for our one-night layover before catching an early morning flight. We arrived late and the 1 nearby restaurant was closed and the hotel restaurant was closed for the evening. But, the night manager appreciated our plight and put together a complimentary bread, cheese, olive and sliced meat tray for us. The bar was still open so we chased that down with a couple beers. He went above and beyond to do that.

There is very little near it and required a taxi ride to get there (way too far to walk from the train). Also, the bathtub was super slick and (I consider) dangerous. Some tub grip mats would be good. The beds were not exactly soft -- but we slept well.

The receptionist who works the nigh shift was very helpful and explained how to catch the airport shuttle. Was also very patient when some other guests had some general questions. Only takes 10 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport and costs 4 euros (cash only, paid when you enter the bus). The room was fine, breakfast decent. Appreciated the free bottle of water and kettler

Usually, I love the green area surrounding the buildings, trees, grass, and flowers. It was nice that we had the possibility to have dinner in the Hostel Restaurant. We received a useful guide to a local chain of the Hostellerie locations and prices. The food was good, and the staff was helpful and polite. In the morning we had a special bus that stopped in front of the Hostellerie (Brisson stop) and brought us to the PBV Airport in just 10 minutes, for a 4 Euro ticket.

From the Paris Beauvais Airport to the Hostellerie Saint-Vincent are only 4.8 km, which means 6 minutes by car or taxi. There is not a bus direct from the Airport to the Hostellerie, only from the Hostellerie to the PBV Airport is a special bus. To travel by bus from the PBV Airport to the Hostellerie you need three different buses. It is quicker to take the taxi from the Airport to the Hostellerie Saint-Vincent, even though it costs 15-20 euros. Our room was on the Ground floor, and some insects went inside it. Not to mention that when we arrived, two orange-red snakes were found in front of our room door, in an ant nest. The special brigade was called, and they removed the snakes. We didn't ask for another room. We were there for just one night as we had an early morning flight.

The breakfast of good, but as anyone speaks English-hard to explain, what you need. The place is quiet, not far from the airport and Lidl. But if you travel with a child and need to stay more than 1 night-be ready that you have nothing around. The closest playground is 10 minutes to walk on the road.

The personnel does not speak English, even some personnel at the reception. You need a google translator to explain what you need.

The property is big, spacious and calm, located close to the airport (with the shuttle stop right in front). It has a restaurant, a large reception area open 24/7 with pool table and a private parking lot. Moreover there are several restaurants nearby. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. so much value for money!! i loved it and I will definitely come back!!

quite far from the city center & train station (30-40 min walk), but close to the airport and value for money makes you forget the distance! nice way to discover the town of Beauvais as well

I needed an accomodation for one night before my flight. The hostellerie has a perfect location for that, only 10 min to the airport with a shuttle. The room had enough light beacause of the big window also the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is pretty good too!

Some other guests coming back to their rooms late at night and not respecting the silence enough.

Not much. It was an awful place ! We were booked into a room where the heater had been on all day and it was burning hot. We tried but failed to get another hotel. They were all booked up ! The room hadn't been cleaned properly. The pillows didn't have pillowcases. We had a kettle but no cups. 2 measly tea bags that were all crumpled and just one well worn coffee sachet. The person on reception was very rude to us and accused me of pressing the switch to the heater too hard. I don't know where the switch was and why would we want a heater blasting out when it was 36 degrees on this particular day in France. We were eventually found another room downstairs which was adequate. Is this a Hotel or just a Hostel ? We were bitterly disappointed. We didn't take kindly to being spoken to in such a rude manner. We arrived at 6pm after a 2am start and just wanted to flop down in a comfortable room. This hotel needs inspecting as the rooms upstairs are not maintained and quite frankly sub standard.

Great breakfast. Lots of variety. Soft-boiled eggs and lactose-free milk would be nice additions. USB jacks next to the bed—great convenience. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent and well-served.

The toilet seat was loose and kept sliding sideways. The light in the toilet was on a timer and had to frequently be turned back on.
