We had a really nice stay in this modern, clean hotel. Our apartment was spacious and had all needed facilities. The staff was friendly and they also had a very good breakfast for the price. The hotel is ideally situated if you want to visit Versailles (by car, at least) and want an affordable place to stay not too far. (Tip: you can park for free outside the hotel, and street parking in Versailles is free in August as well).

The first night we had some issues with the load ventilation system that we weren't able to turn off, and the night shift employee wasn't able to help. We managed to turn it off the next day ourselves.

The apartment is situated not far from shops and bus stops. Although there is no washing machine in the apartment, there is a little room where you can wash and dry your clothes. There is also a gym room, but the machines are not working. What makes it great are the receptionists. They are superb and make you feel at home.

The cleaners were rude and condescending. I asked for a more toilet role, and I was told I needed to buy my own as I was staying for two weeks. I was shocked because I was not told when I checked in. The room also smelled of drains, and my son's nose was blocked. When they moved us, they pressured us and asked us to clean. I did not appreciate the approach and was frustrated.

I liked the bed and the pillows, they were very comfortable. I liked the cuisine because I could make myself tea and sandwiches, but I needed to power off the fridge because of the noise it would make in the night. Beside the fridge, the stay was quiet, I could get good sleep. They had a radiator in the bathroom that I could set the temperature on, and an AC in the room. They were both working so I didn't feel cold.

The odor from the bathroom was very bad. Every time I would enter the room I would smell the bad odor coming from the bathroom. The breakfast had only few options. Every day the same. Only fried bacon, scrambled eggs, emmentaler cheese, 2 types of ham, some butter and some jams. And croissants. Maybe would be nice to have different things, like more types of cheese, ham... Would've been great some vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers etc)

Big apartment, comfy beds. Air conditioner, small kitchen, possible to cook, small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, tv. Calm and new neighbourhood, 15 minute drive to Versailles castle, 35 minute drive to Paris. Secure parking in front of the apartment (parking for extra fee). Good to move around with Uber or by bus. Paris traffic is crazy, with Uber it was so easy. From the apartment to Eiffel tower or Louvre. Really calm and quiet place, small supermarket nearby, 5 minute walk. Shopping centre 10-15 minute drive. Breakfast tasty, good choice.

Only one big towel per person, no sink in the toilet, no soaps, tv remote not working, got new one, still not working.

The decor was very nice and the size of the apartment was decent for a family of 4. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. We chose this location as it is not far from Versailles, we were visiting this, it is also not far from Paris. The price was very good as well in comparison to other hotels nearby. There is parking available if you need it. There is breakfast available on premises and vending machines.

The sofa bed bedlinen was not changed when we arrived. We brought this to the attention of staff and it was dealt with immediately . TV in leaving room was not working, as in there were no channels. Also it was not possible to set it up to connect to youtube or Netflix, we tried so many times based on instructions in the booklet. The TV in bedroom had french channels only, not a problem if you are out most of the time. At night time all street lights in Bois D'Arcy were off, you need a torch if you are walking.

I like everything. The apartment is in a beautiful area. The bus stop is at the main entrance of the apartment. Supermarkets like LIDL, FRANPRIX and hypermarkets like E.Leclerc are closer to the apartment. For a family with children, there are many playgrounds near the apartment. The kitchen has all cooking appliances, dishes, and a dishwasher. The living room has facilities like a sofa, a couch, an ironing board, a TV, and armchairs. The WiFi in the apartment is faster. The bedrooms, toilet, and shower are well-equipped.

Two bed apartment in St Quentin. It’s pretty much a motel. Breakfast was not bad. Could have done with more choice. Shutters in the room. Big bathroom. Big kitchen. Nice TV area in the apartment. Comfortable beds. They have a burger take out van on site which was handy. Nice touch.

Bit far away to walk to anywhere. Felt like a motel which I wasn’t aware of. More choice needed at breakfast. Did not realise you had to pay for parking

Modern and comfortable apartment. Small kitchen, but sufficient for a short stay. TV in the living room and in the bedroom, with built-in Chromecast, which was great for streaming from our own devices. Good Wi-Fi. Individual A/C in each room, with separate controls. Great shower. Comfortable bed and bed settee. Friendly reception staff and ample private parking.

The property is located in an industrial estate, so nothing really to do in the area it.

A wonderful place, and a distinguished service. I recommend it for family trips. The car park is excellent, and access to the center of Paris is very easy by public transportation, or by private car. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant manager was polite, generous, and very helpful.

The worst thing that happened was that the receptionist (a blonde woman) was in a bad mood and in an inappropriate manner. She did not agree to receive us at 12 o'clock on the pretext that the apartment was not ready. She told us to wait for 3 hours with the children, despite our prior request to arrive at 12 o'clock. But she prevented us from entering and advised us to wait in one of the nearby restaurants,,,, but the rest of the reception staff, especially (Mrs. Khawla) were very polite and professional, and they received us warmly and apologized for the behavior of the other lady

- Our homelike apartment was in a pleasant, quiet environment, in separate building - In the bedrooms the beds were comfortable (bamboos mattress), several types of pillows - Blackout curtains and lemon-cinnamon scent everywhere - In the bathroom was 2 mirrors + 2 sinks, LUX shampoo and conditioner, soaps - You can cook in the kitchen, there are a hot plate, pan, cooking pot, cutlery, microwave too. - 2 super balconies for relaxing

- the sofa in the living room is not comfortable for sleeping - no hot water after 10 pm - it was a bit cold in the apartment, but it could be heated - we missed an oven from the kitchen - no extra blanket, just a plaid
