We arrived a little early for check in and our room wasn't ready but the gentleman on reception went out of his way to look for another room for us so that we could immediately go up and settle in. The room was not large but quite adequate for our stay, clean, good shower and a kettle for an early morning cuppa. The ladies in the restaurant, both morning and evening were excellent, friendly, so helpful and the meals were good too. Alexandra saw to our check efficiently which concluded a good two night stay. Thank you.

The Management and reception staff, and all the cleaning staff where all very polite and very helpful, room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed, bathroom again was spotless and modern. Couldn't fault anything at the Hotel to be honest.

Checked in to discover that the restaurant was closed from Thursday till Sunday for a Bank Holiday, which we hadnt been informed of when booking so had to eat out for Lunch and Dinner. Also Bit of a distance from Paris so taxis were used for most trips which was a bit expensive, but cheaper than 3 people getting the metro into Paris, would recommend using Ubers as much cheaper than normal taxis

Clean, recently renovated, standard for the brand We seemed to be two of the very few guests on a sunday evening Receptionist was nice and the wifi was of a decent speed

Looks like we were the only guests with an included breakfast, buffet was set to the minimum and 3 out of 4 dishes in the heaters were absent. I understand that the hotel would reduce costs based on occupancy but from a branded hotel I would expect a hostess to ask whether guests want to be served freshly cooked eggs/ english breakfast if they aren't available on the buffet (which is a standard)

Clean room, friendly staff. We booked the hotel to stay near Velodrome and as expected the location is perfect for this. Quiet but still nearby. It was very hot but the air-conditioning worked very well!

The building looks like it is a bit behind on maintenance, shower was also leaking a bit.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. Restaurant at the hotel quite good (important as there is not much around the hotel, apart from 20 minutes walk to the center), rooms are very clean and nice and look much better than the corridors. Price to quality is good. Parking available and OK.

Excellent location if you have a camper van and want to visit Paris. 15 minute walk to station. Once in Paris we found it easy to walk to Eiffel Tower and along river to Notre dame and Latin quarter. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very impressed with breakfast- 10 euro good value.

Could have been a little cleaner but it was not dirty just not 100%

They are all very kind. It is clean and quiet. I had nothing to complain about. It was just perfect. They even had a water heater, a phone and an espresso machine Check In and Check Out times are very flexible and you can be very spontaneous. :)

I did not not order a breakfast, as I have a gluten intolerance. So, as I usually do since my diagnosis in 2017, I brought my own cereal. The check in desk colleague kindly provided me with some milk and utensils - excellent service ! All other aspects of my stay at this hotel were very comfortable /efficient.

no dinner available in restaurant on a Friday night. people ordering pizza or delivery. front desk staff (trainee) thought there was room service but there wasn’t any available.

Room inside was relatively clean, good value for France if you pay in advance including breakfast

Hallway carpets are really dirty, old and need to be changed or cleaned. Air condition is switched off morning leaving room cold. They asked CRedit Card for automatic 150 EUR smoking penalty charge!!! Although we are not smokers
