Great location, walking distance to Roland Garros (the reason for our trip) and also restaurants, shops and public transport. Staff spoke English and were kind and helpful. Room great, bed was huge and exceptionally comfortable. Good air con in room. Kettle, tea & coffee and fridge in room. Nice bathroom with shower over bath. Good and plentiful continental breakfast, with option to have delivered to room. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is on main road, so it's noisy if you open the large windows, but the air con is good, and double glazing extremely effective. TV could do with better instructions for this English speaking technophobe! (Struggled to locate all the channels until last day).

We stayed at the hotel to go to Rock En Seine music festival. The location was perfect for going to the festival- we walked there in less than 30 mins. On the days we were not at the festival we took the metro to the city, which is right beside the hotel. Line 9 gets you to the Eiffel Tower and arc de triumph directly. You can switch to line 1 for more central areas easily. We went to Versailles on another day and the hotel location for this was perfect. We walked 5-10 mins to the 171 bus which took us directly there. We bought our tickets online and doing this and making our own way saved us a lot of money! The room was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly. There is a carrefour 10 mins from the hotel. Hippopotamus steakhouse is also on the street. The price of cafes is cheaper than central Paris.

I stayed in this area to be close to clients, it's not in the centre of town but with a Metro stop virtually opposite the hotel the location worked very well. The room was laid out superbly, it was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

We were really happy with our stay at the Best Western Select. We arrived late afternoon on New Year's Eve and were lucky enough to get one if the last parking spaces in the private garage situated to the rear of the premises. Which was really convenient. The hotel is about 100m to 150m from the nearest metro station. 10 stops takes you to Trocadero and a few more and you're on Champs Elyses. The room, a triple, was clean and well laid out. With a shower room and a separate toilet. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were really smooth.

It was clean and tidy though the rooms were quite small. We were over for a festival and it served this purpose well. There was a fridge in the room and a kettle but no where to really sit. It was very near to the metro so really easy to get about Paris. Staff were very helpful and friendly and front desk staffed all night so felt very safe.

Thought it was a little "corporate". There was a kettle inthe room but only one mug. Given the rooms were small it would have been nice if the lounge downstairs had tea and coffee making facilities

I liked how accessible the property was, it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants and the metro. The room was nice, bed was comfortable too and the staff were accommodating when I asked for a later check out.

They didn’t have some things I expected, for example there were no ironing facilities in the room, even though this is listed on the website. But it wasn’t a major issue.

Nice and clean room, good aircon and the bathroom had the toiletries we needed. Also very quiet and with blackout curtains we had the best sleep! Friendly and helpful staff.

Honestly, everything was good and we have no complaints - the only thing I can think of is that it would have been nice to have some biscuits with the coffee in the room.

I really like this hotel as the location of the hotel is very much convenient. Train station is located only 5 min walk from the hotel and you can find easily. Moreover, Mr Mario is very helpful person as my credit cancel the payment from hotel due to 2-factor identification but Mr Mario found solution and confirm my booking . Overall, we are very happy to stay and may choose this hotel again.

The room is very nice, perfect for a couple that wants to spend a long weekend in Paris. Even though it's next to a busy street, the room is very quiet once you close the windows and the AC keeps the room nice and cool. The bathroom is also decently sized and clean.

The receptionist got very snappy with me when I asked if she speaks English (as my French is passable at best). Never happened to me before, and I stayed in 4 star hotels, hostels and couch shares. The iron does not do anything, it took me 40 mins to iron a shirt.

Location was really good. Less than 1 min walk to Billancourt metro station (Line 9 also goes to the city center without having to change lines). Close to many good bakeries and restaurants. Shopping street was just 3 mins walk away. Stayed a week for Roland Garros. Felt really safe at night as well.
