- nice location just outside ring of Paris, metro and bus stations are 2min walking distance - there are nice bakeries around - the garden is pretty - the stuff was friendly - the airco in the room functioned super well - the bed linen was comfy - bathroom is bigger than expected totally worthier the money than same price Ibis!!

we needed a parking space but was not able to get it even there was an empty space. it would be good to make a detailed instruction on paper and just stick it to the wall in the parking lot so that new stuff also feels confident to handle the parking system. Although this is not a big issue because there is a public parking garage 400 meter away with similar price

Lovely helpful and friendly staff, entire hotel is nicely decorated, well cleaned and full of amenities. Incredibly close to the metro station too, so can travel into the centre of Paris easily. Great value for money!

TV did not connect with phone easily so could not use it. The water temperature knob in the shower was broken but was warm so fine for a few days. Could do with some light blinds as black out curtains are great for street privacy but meant I couldn’t open them in the morning until I was dressed. Soundproofing could be better too.

very comfortable - good location - bus and metro stops right outside: 20-35 minutes to all the major attractions. quiet residential area. lots of cafes and boulangeries nearby. staff were lovely and offered us an early check in. bed was extremely comfortable and huge.

rooms (Classic) were a little small, breakfast was a little too expensive. Parking was too small for our car so had to use the public parking nearby - make sure to check while putting in the name of the parking space on Google maps - it directed us to a parking in central Paris!

Rooms are big and well equipped. The small Gym is also well equipped and has good machines for being an hotel

The man at the reception was quite slow with the check-ins. After check-in I went directly in the room and wanted to shower and I realised that the tip of the shower was broken (very visible). They did not want me to change the room, but I had to wait for the repairing of the shower, very long waiting. I could shower just 1 h after my arrival, where the most of the time I had to wait that the showe would be fix. What annoys me is that the broken part of the shower was very visible and they should not have given me that room at all or at least be ready to directly change it since I just checked in! Instead I had to wait for them, 1 h to finally use my room. I did not like this

We stayed 4 nights and everything was extraordinary. The rooms where cleaned every day, staff is very polite and friendly, metro, bus, taxis are next to the hotel entrance, area is very clean and quiet and has plenty restaurants to choose something to your taste. Breakfast is very good, with everything you can possibly wish on a brekfast meal. I would kindly recommend this hotel for a leisure or business trip.

the room was comfortable and clean well located and close enough to Paris to easily commute taxi station in front of the hotel is very convenient

basic item for a woman traveler (a hairdryer) was missing and was only able to find one the next day I suggest to check the rooms and make sure everything is in place prior to the guest's arrival a couple of messages sent to the hotel asking questions prior to my arrival were never answered

The location was great. I was 10 minutes walking from tram 2, the 10 metro line was on the same block, and there were several bus lines near me. The neighborhood was very walkable. Within 10 minutes, I was by a number of restaurants with so many options to eat from. There is also a nail salon right around the corner from the hotel, which is extremely convenient.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good rooms with comfortable beds and nice view ( on lovely interior garden). Great food for breakfast. Located right next to the subway ( very easy to reach the main attractions of Paris). Great restaurants in the proximity: Ile O' Crepes, Cafe des Arts, Il Sedici, Fujiyama.

I liked everything.

1. The sound insulation is not very good, we can hear the voices next door very clearly 2. Wifi is not very well

We were very happy as there was as well offer for glutenfree breakfast for our daughter as well a pizzeria sans gluten was only a few meters from the hotel - the parc in front of was nice for our children - the parking nearby was perfect and not so expensive - the hotel was warm impression we felt very well
