A well kept friendly hotel. Bonus being opposite the railway station which was my mode of transport this weekend. Room is well soundproofed though so proximity to station isn’t an issue. Very friendly staff and the quality of the room exceeded expectations at the price. Stayed with my son for a rugby weekend and it was ideal. Short walk in to town and facilities nearby. Would definitely use again if we play against Brive in the future.

Breakfast was a basic Continental but I guess that should have been expected.I would have paid more for some other European options.

Well located, never stayed in this town before, it was very nice. rooms were comfortable and clean.

I requested secure parking for 3 motorbikes. however, when I arrived, they denied I had made this request, so I produced the original email showing the request and they say they never received it? as a result we had to park 3 very expensive motorbikes on the path outside on the road as they apparently had no parking places available? Over the years I have learnt to always carry a copy of the booking etc.

A very spacious comfortable room with extra pillows in the cupboard. Lots of hot water and coffee/tea making facilities. The restaurant was closed on Saturday and Sunday but luckily we had found a restaurant in the town. There is private parking for 10 euros which is very handy.

It should have been reported that the curtain in the first room we were given was unhooked and so we could not close the curtains. The room we were eventually given was spacious and with a very nice view.

The hotel was comfortable and well equipped. Staff were attentive and generally helpful.

The hotel would be fine for someone travelling on foot or by train but for a car driver the parking was terrible. I was lucky to be able to park in the small and very limited garage under the hotel for 10 Euros but not before trying to find street parking around the hotel. What little parking was available in the street was metered and some distance away. If you are on foot, train or coach, fine, if you have a camper van, motor home of anything large - think again.

Great modern hotel and a good location to explore Brive whilst on an overnight stay traveling across France. Good breakfast and it was nice to have access to the secure car park (and the charge for this was reasonable).

Rooms need a little bit of care - door closures were not working well. One of our party is a coeliac and requires gluten free bread - slight issue that this was put out with the other bread items and was not labelled - very minor niggle as they sorted fresh when we pointed this out.

Very welcoming, and a nicely renovated hotel. We opted for a small room but it was comfortable and nicely equipped. The location was good, close to the station a d an easy walk to the town centre.

Closeness to station did have potential noise implications but we didn't hear the trains and were only woken once by a platform announcement - so not really a problem

Superior room on 3rd floor with view over town, (north facing) with balcony. Elevator to upper floors. Bicycles stored in locked garage.

Did not take breakfast at 12€. Not easy to find restaurants, cafes or bakeries nearby which are open on Sunday or Monday. (Or not on conges annulle)

Great hotel in a perfect location for the train station, being just across the road. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel had a bit of old-world charm and we enjoyed getting a nightcap in the outdoor area of the hotel bar, with smooth jazz playing on the radio.

Wonderful restoration of an old hotel, I saw it before and after really like a new modern hotel. Breakfast was more than usual , lots of food choices

The only criticism is it was too hot inside the hotel , the room , the bedding the hallways,since we had our pets we could sleep with the windows open. It was not hot out side just the hotel

Hotel very modern. Our bedroom had a sitting room area with beautiful views of the town and churches. Coffee machines in bedrooms added bonus for me. Staff smiled all the time. Relaxed in the courtyard with drinks so refreshing at the end of the day.
