The privilege rooms are nice, spacious and quiet. Good options for breakfast. Very centrally with parking option available.

The receptionst who greeted us asked for upfront payment for the room and the ordered massage, after seeing our passports. Not a good way to greet your guests. Then a room on floor for smokers were assigned to us altough we are non smokers. The smoke entered our rooms through ventilation and made the night really unpleasent, moreover the room was street facing and the noise was unbearable (definitely not soundproof). The second day we went to reception and talked to another receptionist who was super nice and provided us with a new room, an upgraded one. The pool needs some renovation.

The room was a good size with a very good size bathroom/shower. Staff very friendly and helpful.

No ice available at the time I needed some for my room. No beer / wine by the glass available room service, only bottles of wine which were overpriced.

Spa facilities on the topmost floor was muchly appreciated. Rooms were comfortable, location was very good.

We turned on radiator in the bathroom to dry off swimwear after using the spa facilities. There was an electrical fault with the radiator as it was electrifying the towels and swimwear and giving us painful shocks, on contact. We reported this to the reception but she was skeptical/did not believe us, likely as she was wearing conductive jewellery. Would appreciate staff taking potential hazards more seriously.

Fantastic location. Exceptional staff. Clean and very comfortable.

Elevator seemed to have a mind of its own. It would not go up to our floor and kept going to the basement. Had to get off on the main floor and change to the other elevator. Made us a little nervous.

Nice hotel and good location

For my stay, on 4th July, I was charged full amount on 27th June. I was asked to pay full amount again on arrival at hotel. I gave my card and was charged again. I told them I had paid already. She said that would be refunded. I still have not been refunded. Not happy

Great location, close to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. We got a free room upgrade which was a nice surprise, room was large and spacious.

The only thing that disappointed me was beach towels weren’t provided, and reception didn’t allow for the room/pool towels to be taken to the beach. Would’ve been nice to have beach towels, even the option for hire.

The rooms are super clean and spacious. They also give hotel slippers and robes which are A+. There was a really cute balcony in the room!!! I loved that the location was very central to Cannes.

Pool was a bit outdated and small

Nice pool on the roof with sauna and steam room. good city view from the rooms balcony. €3 per small bottle of water is a cray rip off! this needs to change please

some of the pool area needs some maintenance

We had definitely one of the best rooms of the hotel: on the last floor, overlooking the gardens of neighbouring properties, quite large, recently renovated with all commodities. We particularly appreciated the large safe, the bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was a treat as usual, with hotel personnel striving to answer all our demands as quickly as possible, although the buffet was not available because of the Covid restrictions

One hotel client dropped cigarette butts from the terrace upstairs to our balcony. Hotel staff was quick to pick up the butts and investigate the issue with the hotel clients present on the terrace at that time

1. Very convenient location. 2. Very helpfull staff. 3. Parking onsite: pretty difficult to navigate though - because of the limited space but wouldn't expect more in the strict city center of Cannes. I would definitely book it again!
