Everything was perfect about this very excellent boutique hotel. Personalised attention by the Owners Julie and Jerry, the great breakfasts on the outside terrace in the lovely semi tropical gardens, the superb location of the hotel...which is only about 200 metres from both the Mediterranean sea, and the main shopping and restaurant area. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful....and for those of us whose natural language is not French, their English...and probably German and Italian languages were perfect! My wife Pam and myself will certainly look forward to staying here again whenever we are able to visit Cannes...which in itself is a great and buzzing town to visit..

I have given all my thoughts about the lovely hotel above.....and in our opinion nothing could have been better.

Location was perfect, pretty quiet and 2 minutes walk from cafes, shops and 5 minute walk from the beach. Staff were very very nice, they recommended fantastic trip to Saint Tropez. Room was a little small, but very functional and the view of the palms was beautiful, we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. Room was clean, towels changed every day. We were very happy with the hotel.

It was quite expensive. Elevator is very small and a little slow.

We liked everything! How the staff contacted us before hand and asked what we needed. We wanted extra pillows and a list of nice restaurants. They were all just what we wanted and we chose one that was just excellent. Rooms were wery well equipped, clean and quiet. Staff and owners were very attentive and friendly. Location eas superb near the station and in the old town shopping areas, but still in a quiet corner. We will certainly be back and recommend to friends.

As recommended, we booked a room overlooking the garden, which was lovely. The hotel was very clean. Quite a small room and breakfast was good, although quite expensive for what it was (however, this is Cannes!). Excellent location. We had a car so had to work around the Cannes parking system but we were lucky and managed to find metered parking outside the hotel most days. They also offer a nice free cocktail in the evening.

super clean super nice and cosy, feeling at home. we loved the people who welcomed us. everything was super well prepared in our room. the penthouse is simply GORGEOUS, we had the most beautiful view and a private rooftop for ourselves ..: with chairs and a table and an outdoor shower! a fantastic discovery. we will definitely come back (+ a very nice breakfast in our room in the morning)

The hotel was perfect. The room was beautiful with a lovely balcony.The staff were so friendly making you feel like you are at home. The breakfast was excellent and the garden area was so pretty a brilliant way to start the day. Location was perfect . I will definitely stay again. Thank you to the hotel team

We did not expect that the great ratings reflect the reality but yes - it is a great place to be. Very nice hotel in the heart of Cannes, very quiet, a hotel with a wonderful Charme.. our room on the top floor was a dream. Modern, Great view. Lots a small little nice things. Breakfast in the room came quickly and we enjoyed a wonderful on the terrace of the room. The people are extremely friendly and supportive and nice. It gives you the feeling being at home. I travel a lot -!usially 5 star hotels and I would always prefer this hotel.

We had to leave! Great place to stay and so close to everything in the city!

It was a last minute booking and the hotel fully met our expectations. Staff was very welcoming, helpful and nice. The property is situated near the main road rue d'Antibes. The room was very clean and quiet, the bed very comfortable. It is a very well decorated hotel with a really nice entrance. Possibility to have breakfast outside in the little front garden which is lovely.

Spacious apartment with two bedrooms, super confort beds, silent, lots of light and cleaned everyday. Perfect continental breakfast in the hotel one block away. Great location.

The key holder is big and heavy, hard to carry around ;). Towels not replaced during the week stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, so warm, welcoming and kind from the offset. Especially the dark haired lady at reception whose name began with 'S'. She helped us out loads with a train situation which involved calling a french number for us and explaining a problem we had as we were non French speaking guests.
