Location of the hotel was perfect. Just outside the most busy part of the old town, still everything easily available within a few minutes walk. Some traffic noise, but nothing to worry about. Staff at hotel was friendly, effective and helpful. The pool area was nice. We would be happy to come back again later.

Description of rooms "oversold" a bit. Room 108 (sold as Superior Suite) was a quite regular room with a large king size bed pluss an extra bed (which we had no use for). Room 208 (sold as Superior Double Room) had a "double bed" that was just two single beds put next to each other. I often go for "upgrades" when staying at hotels, but this time I feel the words suite, double, and superiour was stretched and misused a bit. Also, neither of the rooms were "soundproof" in any way - quite opposite actually... Given the right price and expectations I could have said "great and fantastic", but this time I had deliberately paid extra for upgrades and therefore not so happy when I learned that both were quite reqular rooms.

The hotel location is great: we are walking distance to the old Cannes, with restaurants and bars around the corner. The hotel restaurant is amazing, great service, food and atmosphere. The rooms are great, good size, beautifully decorated and very clean and modern. There is a facility to park your car which came very handy. The staff is really nice, helpful, always ready to help or answer questions. The breakfast food was great and a real plus. I would really recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you again

The location is good, 5min to the Casino. The bed is confortable but short, we slept with the feet in the air. The staff is proactive.

The room wass the smallest in the hotel max.13-14sqm, no hair dryer and no heating in the small bathroom. I choosed the hotel for the location and the views in the pictures…I got a demisol backyard view. You must provide more pictures to let people see what they receive. We did not had hot or even warm water and we took a cold shower. They fixed the issue later. The breakfast was not a buffet, poor for 20€/pers, we had cheese omlette, coffe, water and a croissant). No fruits or juice or something else like an olive or a slice of ham. We parked the car on the street as the indoor parking lot is small, the cost is 25€ for 24hours. So too expensive for what they provide, Is not a 4star definetely, not the room we had.

It's a very nice and cozy little place. Hotel staff are always friendly and helpful. The view of a room with a terrace was astonishing. The pool was always clean and well-maintained. The room cleaning was pretty good. It was an amazing place to stay at the end of the season.

The hotel might require a few final touches in terms of building maintenance. The drain in the shower was pretty weak and it takes a couple of minutes to have hot water. An old air conditioner was fighting for its survival in the August heat.

Le Suquet is in a perfect location, arguably way nicer than being right on the beach. Suquet is a brilliant old part of Cannes and a phenomenal place to stay. The staff are exceptional especially Johnny and Paul. They have a new restaurant very near by where the food looks great and we had a glass of wine there every evening. Would definitely return when in Cannes

We had the basic double room and it was quite small, albeit very comfortable bed and super clean bathroom. Would suggest sizing up a room if you can afford to.

This hotel offered exactly what we were looking for during our trip to Cannes. From the moment of arrival, we were warmly welcomed. We were guided to our room and pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view of the inner terrace and the nearby Château de la Castre, which is absolutely worth a visit! The room itself was comfortable and beautifully decorated, contributing to a relaxing stay. It was evident that the hotel pays great attention to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for its guests. Throughout our stay, we were immersed in the warm and friendly ambiance that prevailed throughout the hotel. The staff was genuinely cheerful and eager to assist us with any questions or requests. They went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, which we truly appreciated. An additional highlight was the convenient location of the hotel, allowing us easy access to all the sights and activities Cannes has to offer. All in all, our stay at Hotel Le Suquet Cannes was a fantastic experience, and we plan to return here for sure on our next visit to Cannes. I had a wonderful stay at le Suquet hotel and would definitely recommend it & go back again. I was in cannes for work and moved from my Airbnb to the hotel for my last night because I wanted to have access to a pool. The concierge was really welcoming and so nice, he upgraded me to a room with a balcony, and the lady on reception was also super nice and helpful. My room was spotless with a big comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, Wi-Fi and aircon. the swimming pool was lovely and I had a great stay. I will go back with my family next time. It’s located by the old town and a quick walk to the old town shops and restaurants & the old port.

We were a group of seven who attended. It was a great location, and we enjoyed the 10-minute walk to the harbour. There is no need for a taxi; you can walk everywhere. The breakfast was simple continental style and very adequate. The linen on the beds was nice cotton and clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was very helpful, and this is a perfect location and price for an inexpensive trip as a group.

For the cost, it was spot on.

Hotel Le Suquet Cannes is located in a great spot close to the harbor and the Old City. Fantastic restaurants and views are just a 5-10 minute walk away. The hotel itself is really charming with a nice pool and patio area, and a very chic and comfortable indoor/outdoor lounge and dining area. To top everything off, the staff is absolutely fantastic! They were super warm and welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend them enough.

The hotel was new remodeled, gorgeous and very very large patio attached to the room when a beautiful view of the ocean and mountains. great place for coffee in the morning The hotel manger, Johnny, was SUCH a delight! we were some of the first guests of the season so very quiet and peaceful when we were there. Johnny made us incredible cocktails to have by the pool, made us delicious coffee drinks to have on our patio in the morning, and was so friendly and easy to talk to you. The customer service was 10/10. the hotel is also tucked away in Le Suquet area - which is such an easy walk to old town and the waterfront, as well as an extremely short walk to the amazing view at Place de la Castre (we walked here every night for sunset before dinner us). Also tucked in a quieter area but still so accessible to everything by foot. The hotel had a pool, cute lobby, and lovely little outdoor garden space so lots of spaces to sit and lounge.
