Very close to the beach and city, comfortable rooms, with separate toilet, pretty pool area and also quite good pizza at the hotel. :) sea view was alright as well.

I had an issue during my stay when some other guest entered my room because at the reception they gave them the room that I was already staying in. That was unpleasant and after my complaint I only heard sorry. No reassurance, not even a sorry drink, nothing, just like it was quite normal that someone saw me taking shower 🙃. Also there was quite often problem with towels both pool and room towels, seems like hotel has some troubles with delivery of clean towels so they are often lacking.

Amazing hotel. Surpassed my expectations in every sense. The staff, and I literally mean every single staff member, were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. I stayed at this hotel for more than 1 week (booked with booking for 1 night and the remainder directly with hotel), so I got a pretty good feel for the hotel. Excellent room, 100m from the beach, not in super busy area but close enough, etc. Room was cleaned spotlessly every day, and staff was very accommodating. Will definitely stay at this hotel again and can comfortably recommend to others.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was amazing.

All facilities were nice. We didn't get breakfast included but ordered a croissant and coffee each morning which was delicious. Pool and rooms were nice, clean and had everything we needed. Also really loved the beach access was so close and easy to access.

Frustrating that the TV didn't work in the room, signal was bad and kept breaking up which was a shame as the Olympics were on and we wanted to see this but nobody could help us in the hotel.

Super easy access to the train labocca and beach

Only that they gace us the wrong room at first, we got lucky woth an upgraded room afterwards on a higher floor with a better view, which was lovely but I saw it was an “adjoining room” that has those “accessible doors” Which you hear everything through… the room Beside partied until 2 am. But that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. Friendly, helpful and professional staff, nice location and room with the sea view. Swimming pool for free and private parking if needed for 20e/day. Room cleaning every day. They have a separate passage to the beach directly through the garden, which is very convenient. Thanks to all Luxotel team for our pleasant vacation, great job!

It would be good to add at least some fresh vegetables or salad for breakfast :)

Absolutely loved our stay at this fantastic hotel in Cannes! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and main attractions. Nina was amazing host, incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and beautifull, with a stunning view of the sea. Everything was good and, we can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Very pleasant experience with Luxotel Cannes. Clean rooms and nice bathroom but we missed a small fridge. The price was a little high for a room without the fridge but we were in the high season. Good lunch and dinner menu. Rooms are small but cute. Nice pool, few steps from the beach. I prefer this area then la Croisette as it’s less crowded and more relaxing. You can walk to la Croisette (25 minute walk) or take a bus only 3 stops to la Croisette which is very convenient. Room service and cleaning daily which is amazing! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The AC is very old and needs to be changed. Bad smell in hallway to go to rooms.

Nice hotel a would like to visit again. The view from the room was picturesque with the sea behind the a lot of trees. Parking place is available in garage, but also a couple of places in front of reception are free of charge. Also a lot of parking places around the hotel. Breakfast was good, especially delicious crepes with salmon. Neat and helpful staff. Only one thing that swimming pool wasn’t working during our stay. But it is easy to visit beach nearby.

The breakfast was very delicious. The staff was very polite. The place is comphy, nice and quite with a cozy pool. Very close to the beach.

Would it be great if hotel provided beach supply with umbrellas, towels and sun lounges so people can enjoy the Cote d'Azur.
