Rooms were quiet and clean - main things for me on holiday Very comfortable bed and pillows Good ‘power’ shower Pool was great for cooling down after a very hot day Regular bus service into town Only 15 minutes walk to airport Plenty shops nearby and a few restaurants

Cracked tile in shower which I managed to cut my foot on Had to change rooms after a few days as there was an ‘electrical problem’ No buses to or from town after 8.30pm or at all on Sunday

Clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast buffet was lovely. We had diner on 1st night Casulet which was superb. Unfortunately restaurant fully booked for our other 2 nights which was disappointing. Katy on reception was lovely friendly and very helpful. Sat at pool each afternoon for a wine or 2 again thanks to Katy. 15min walk from airport shopping center across the road. 5minute walk to bus that cost 1euro per journey to Carcassonne.

Not getting diner due to a large booking 2 nights. Busy Road next to hotel but very quiet at nighttime. We had a superior room which was at bit of an exaggeration as it was just a basic room no frills.

The staff were all very welcoming and wanted to meet all of our needs. Comfortable bed and cosy room. Everything in the room was fully functioning. Great value for money!

There was an unpleasant smell coming from the shower. A taxi was booked for us the night before but did not turn up - the receptionist told us that the company isn't very professional so we're not too impressed the taxi was booked through them - we ended up having to walk to the airport (thankfully only 20 min walk!)

Hotel was basic but very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and good shower. Just 15 minutes walk to the airport. Waly on reception gave us perfect advice regarding the route! Good value

We thought it was a bit strange that the bar and restaurant was closed at 8pm on a Saturday night, despite it being advertised as a hotel and restaurant This would be a bit of a problem for anyone wanting to eat as there isn't much around in the area Also there was no milk in the room for the tea and coffee

This was the first time we have ever stayed in a Kyriad Hotel and it was very very good. Spotlessly clean. Charming staff and everything worked as it should. We will certainly look at Kyriad Hotels again when we travel.

We were there on a Saturday evening and the resturant was closed - as apparently it is always at the weekends. There are few resturants nearby. If they could open over the weekends the hotel would be close to perfect

Stay was comfortable and pool was a bonus in the extremely hot weather short distance from airport.

Arrived Sunday afternoon no restaurant facility on site on that day if you are without transport you have to take a Little walk to find somewhere.McDonald’s is the closest option . Three options for breakfast but not clearly advertised.

The location and the fact that you had a pool. It was so hot at that time so being able to chill for a short while in the pool was great.

The fact that the restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening we were there. We manahged to grab some food from a local patisserie/takeaway but would have liked to chill over a meal.

Well positioned for the airport. Had what we needed and excellent breakfast and comfortable bed.

Our only criticism which is minor is that a few more teabags and coffee sachets rather than just one of each would have been good as there were two of us. Also milk for the drinks would be appreciated.

The refurbishment has been a great success. It is very practical and restful modern design. Because of the train strike we arrived after 10 o’clock and we’re greeted by 2 members of staff who were very friendly and welcoming. A heartwarming impression of the hotel.

There was a smell in the very clean room. possibly a difficulty with old plumbing. Our reception at breakfast was not the same as the evening. The receptionist was very sharp and not at all welcoming. she made no effort to attend to the practical running of the needs of the guests.

The staff went the extra mile for us......we were driving through southern France in a bright red FIAT 500 rental car in early December and this little hotel worked great for us. The hotel was almost empty because it was out of season but we got a nice room at a very inexpensive price. Then, the staff got up in the morning and made a lovely breakfast just for us.
