Positive and cheerful welcome at reception. Clean room, comfortable bed and slept well. Very enjoyable after a long journey to be able to sit outside next to the pool with a refreshing drink. Departure was easy as was parking.

Surprised that whilst at breakfast, the cleaning staff entered our room which was clearly still occupied and changed the bed and cleared the bin, whilst working round our belongings!? There was no notice available to indicate that the room was still occupied. Amusing that having boiled an egg(small) for breakfast, the only cup given to us was larger than the egg and meant that egg was at bottom of cup!

The hotel was conveniently situated for us to have an overnight stay en-route to Italy. We arrived after midnight and were pleased to find a 24 hour reception. We also wok very early to continue our journey and were really pleased to find that breakfast was open at 6.30am; so we were able to eat and have a coffee before leaving. The bed was super comfortable.

Nothing to dislike.

The staff are exceptionally friendly. The restaurant is a real bonus if using this hotel to stop en route south or north, the food is fresh and wholesome - the half board rate is very good value. It was a welcome end to a very long weekend August journey. Secure parking and just off the motorway. Chalon is also a charming town a short drive away.

Great dinner, especially for a chain hotel on the cheaper side. Underground parking +++ Had a lovely dinner and bottle of wine sat in the evening sun.

A bit far out of town. Breakfast was very poor, staff working there seemed uninterested in restocking anything until their manager gripped them and sorted things out

Location was perfect for us as we were in transit to Cherbourg from Italy. We had stayed on our way down to Italy and opted to stay on our way back as it suited our needs and had parking on site at no additional cost.

Very nice, clean and quiet room. The property has a lot of parking spaces (+Electric Vehicle Charging Stations) and is only a few minutes drive away from the main highway. Super friendly staff at reception making check-in and check-out very easy

Everything was perfect!

It was nice and clean and had a very central location for an overnight stay on our journey by car from southern France to the north. Good wifi in the room, spacious car park and a nice breakfast.

The hotel had air conditioning (however, not really needed on our stay in November) - but more importantly it made quite a bit of noise and we could not figure out how to regulate it properly.

A pity there were not more places available for dinner in such a busy hotel. The restaurant across the road was not very good. Important not to let general decor etc get rundown.

Spotlessly clean! Just off the motorway, rooms perfect, restaurant and little pool. Bike locker was perfect to secure bikes in the night.
