Very nice quiet good sized room, liked the separate toilet and proper bath. Because the hotel restaurant doesn't open on Monday, we ate dinner at the Cottage nearby which was very good and the receptionist kindly showed us the way. Breakfast provision offered a good choice and excellent omelette made for my husband which he appreciated.

Fruit juice not offered until we had already finished breakfast - would have expected it to be out with other breakfast items. Restaurant did not have any non-alcoholic beer available which is typical in France so not a specific criticism - Spain has much better provision. Neither of these are major points.

Excellent ( though pricey) Michelin starred restaurant. Room - elegant and spacious. . Enormous bath and separate shower. Room had balcony. Lovely grounds

No pool. No facilities for dining outside ´en terrasse’. Though aperitifs are served and orders taken ´en terrasse’ before one is escorted inside once table is ready. No handbasin in toilet ( separate from bathroom). Gel, at least, should be available in the toilet to minimise contamination of doorknobs toilet / bathroom.

Lovely rooms in a peaceful location yet also close to the A7. We ate at Le Cottage which is a short drive away. The food and service were great. Good breakfast too at the Domaine.

We arrived on a Monday which is a day when the restaurant in the Hotel is not open. There was no bar open either so it felt a little out of season.

Breakfast was worth every penny

On almost every piece of information literature about the hotel and facilities they mentioned if you did something there was a ‘surcharge’. It felt like they wanted to squeeze you for more money.

The hotel was much better than expected. The swan and cat that live there, and the staff are all friendly. We had a good rest thanks to the English speaking staff. Even the puppies that came with other guests were lovely. The room with bathtub and terrace is large, comfortable and cool. We would like to visit again next time.

Beautiful main building, and nice extra building nearby where our room was. Simple bathroom and room decor. The restaurant was excellent - highly recommended for delicious food, great wines and fantastic service.

The restaurant was exceptional and fully deserving of it’s reputation and Michelin status. Every course of the set menu was a delicious treat. The very extensive wine list has some good value wines which don’t break the bank. The restaurant itself is elegant and comfortable. Exceptional service from a very professional team. The hotel room was spacious, peaceful and comfortable with a nice terrace. Also a very good breakfast with pre ordered table service as part of the Covid restrictions which we thought a vast improvement on the usual buffet. It always used to be like that!

Nothing not to like.

Hotel in a good location with lovely grounds. Room very comfortable. Dinner was superb.

Only shortfall was breakfast which was very limited and not good value for money

I don't quite understand why they charge extra fees for small dogs, especially when the room costs a lot. The comfort is worth the price however they could welcome a small dog without any extra charge ...

Room a little small but quaint. Dinner at the cottage was really good.

Location is a little out of the way from anything.
