The hotel is wonderfull situated along the Rhône. Be in time to enjoy the garden. If you like good food this the place to be (it seems). But be aware: it's a €70 - €100 per person at least and has a dress code. So we decided to eat very satisfing with locals at San Marco pizza in the centre of Condrieu. The rooms are nicely decorated, but a little bid old fashion. The price-quality for the room is oké.

Our bath, including the shower, are outdated in the annex of the hotel. The breakfast (€22,-) is overrated. No possibility to have a cheaper option for diner and to enjoy the location of the hotel near the river. The price of the wine per glass is sky high.

The launch pad for our cycle ride down the Rhone, this hotel proved to be an excellent choice. Comfortable rooms. outstanding cuisine and parking for the duration (at a cost). We were lucky enough to be able to dine out in the garden with views of the Rhone. Would definitely stay again. When we returned by train the staff came to the station to pick up the member of our party that had had her bike stolen which was kind and avoided a taxi wait.

Very little - the rooms (in the building opposite) were perhaps a little on the small side but we were only staying one night. Personally i don't eat much breakfast so decided to go elsewhere for breakfast as 17 euros for coffee, juice and croissant is excessive. But those who ate the full breakfast were impressed.

Not only did they have secure parking, I was offered a complete garage, which was very useful when travelling in an old car with a slightly leaky softop. The room was large with a great shower and a bath. It was clean and bed large and nice and firm. The restaurant was excellent and we had an amazing starter meal complete with a small glass of wine to compliment each course. Ok is did almost cost the same amount as the room , but it was a fantastic way to end our holiday. The staff were excellent

Unfortunately the expelair in the separate toilet in the room was not working, Also the coffee facilities on a tray under the TV were not plugged in and I could not reach the plugs the TV were in . There were only plugs on left side of the bed with a small side table or one at the end of the desk too far away. So I had to put the coffee tray on a chair near the plug by the desk, to be able to use it. I have sleep apnea and require a CPAP machine to be plugged in all night to help me breathe. As there were plugs only on the left of the bed so I had to sleep that side. Which is not normally the side I sleep , which annoyed my partner more than me.

The setting was magnificent and the dining facilities, outside by the river Rhone were wonderful. The staff were pleasant and attentive and the food was very good. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff contacted us the day before we arrived to let us know that the air-conditioning in the rooms was not functioning due to an electric storm the night before.

It was very hot at the time of our stay and the absence of aircon in our room did make our stay less than perfect. As stated above the staff contacted us the day before and we were given the chance to alter our arrangements.

we have made a booking spontaneously on our road back home to Prague from Barcelona , we wanted something in quiet location not far from highway. But we have found a true jewel. I was a very cozy place with old style furniture. The true surprise was awaiting us at the dinner , we didn't expect that we were at the heat at high molecular kitchen. it was 11 out of 10. please give this restaurant a Mechelen star. Will surely come back

A superior place with a spacious room and a great airco, right temerature, little noise. Marvelous view on the river. The restaurant is a bit oldfashioned ‘French’ let us say ‘viandeuse’, and expensive. The wine was outrageous expensive for a region where it is produced around ‘the corner’. Next time I would stay at the hotel and eat elsewhere..

Great spacious room with a separate seating area. Amazing staff. Beautiful setting, the view from the restaurant is fantastic. The food in the restaurant is delicious, whilst expensive we received additional amuse bouches at no extra cost which were divine. Good secure parking on site.

Quite a good breakfast was available and served in the restaurant with views over the river which was a lovely way to start the day. The jewel in the crown for this hotel was the kitchen available for lunch or dinner. The food was excellent, the menus well thought out and a good wine list was offered including some very good wine-by-the-glass options. I particularly appreciated the "Menu Toque et Tire-bouchon" menu which included an accompanying wine with each course.

The rooms were possibly a little dated but clean and everything worked. Breakfast could be improved with a few more preserves and especially some honey.

Loved this hotel- great location, quirky rooms, clean, good amenities, great pillows, friendly helpful staff and excellent restaurant. Also easy parking.

Only slight negatives- I could not get the air con to work so my room was too hot even with window open and I’m not a fan of sheets and blankets on the bed- a duvet would have been much better

We arrived at 14.15 and although the restaurant was closed the staff kindly organised a salad of cheese and ham to be sent to our room. This was very welcome and we enjoyed it with a half bottle of Condrieu from our mini bar. The room was spacious and well furnished. Dinner was outstanding. We had the menu at 69 euros and enjoyed every course. There is an excellent wine list and the service was superb. Breakfast was fine - not outstanding but we enjoyed it. Valet parking was also available for our car The riverside location was lovely and we will definitely stay again.

The shower was only a hand held nozzle in the bath. The decor is a little dated in some areas but the hotel is immaculately clean and our room was very pleasant.
