Very conveniently located near the motorway so very good as a stopover on our way to Calais and the UK. We had stayed at this hotel previously and we had liked it. The owners were very accommodating particular in terms of our request for vegetarian and vegan dishes in the restaurant. They particular excelled when providing breakfast. The hotel is clean, comfortable and modern.

We felt that the food for the evening meal was not as good as the first time that we had visited. On our first visit the owners had gone out of their way to provide a delicious vegetarian/vegan meal. This time we felt that the meal needed a bit more variety although it was still very tasty.

The reception and welcome were excellent, our room was very clean and bright all facilities were good, the air con was unobtrusive, and the Wi-Fi. After a short break, we took welcoming drinks in the garden a relaxing start to our overnight stop. We had arranged an al fresco table for dinner which turned out to be a real treat of high-quality cuisine, with a wine list the extent of which I have never seen before. The breakfast was equally as good. Although situated close to two major highways the soundproofing is outstanding and one is just not aware of their proximity. An enticing pool beckoned, unfortunately, we did not have the time to indulge. Parking plentiful. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

It all was very good in my opinion.

We had the family room (room 3) which was excellent. It had a double bedroom and a sliding door separating the twin bedroom section. The aircon was perfect aand we were really happy with it. We thought the ambiance of the hotel was perfect. It was very relaxed and not at all pretentious but everything was lovely. We also thought that the pool was a perfect temperature. Dinner was proper French dining which we all really enjoyed and at 50€ a head, we felt this was good value for money. Breakfast was equally delicious and I ate so much I didn’t eat again until dinner (rare for me!!)

Nothing really. I think next time I’ll ask in advance for a meal with less fish but overall it’s a big thumbs up. The family has voted to return!

This is quite a modern hotel and set not far from the main motorway. However, it was comfortable and spacious, and although you can hear the motorway the sound doesn't intrude at all. There are some lovely walks around the location and we enjoyed a good hour's walk with our dog after our long drive. What we really liked was that the hotel went out of their way to accommodate our vegan/vegetarian diet, producing a really superb evening meal and breakfast. The room itself was very comfortable and had all the facilities you would expect. In addition the hotel has a swimming pool and a very nice garden at the rear. These were both very good for relaxing after driving and walking the dog, and before dinner.

Everything was good. No particular dislikes at all.

Convenient location so close to motorway. Really friendly owners. Room was quiet and good shutters. Comfortable bed. Food was excellent - very high standard and for quality not too expensive. Very busy in restaurant. Nice gardens and common areas were very contemporary and obviously recently updated.

Room was dated and toilet was stained. Although common areas were very modern the rooms need the same treatment. The menu was limited - only two choices per course and nothing for vegetarians. Breakfast was very expensive at 26 euros for two for yoghurt, bread, cheese and ham - first time in a 5 week tour we have not been offered a cooked breakfast.

We were very impressed with the quality of our dinner, outstanding presentation and flavors! We should have expected an excellent meal at a property named Le Moulin du Gastronome, but this exceeded our expectations. Our room was comfortable and overlooked the patio below. The staff was very cordial, pleasant and efficient. The the highlight was our most delightful dinner. We appreciate the staff, and salute the chef. We recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay at an older hotel, and enjoy your dinner!

The room could use some updating. However, it was comfortable and clean.

STAFF: we personally just dealt with Yannick (co-owner) of the place and his professionalism, friendliness and helpfullness goes above and beyond. He is multi talented as he leads the entire front of house and ensure all the guest are looked after. I have been in the hospitality business for a decade and I can tell you that Yannick is the real deal. FOOD: the menu was awesome. It changes every 15 days and the chef makes very creative presentation and also extremely delicious. Hats off to the chef and you will definitely leave the restaurant with a smile. They do have an extensive wine menu and you can always get a recommendation from Yannick ROOMS: The rooms are nice and clean and the ground floor room has large windows that makes it pleasant during the summer I would personally recommend anybody to check in n have an experience here! I wish the establishment and team best of luck.

A fantastic family run hotel having a brilliant restaurant and large terraces. The food is Michelin star quality but at a much lower price than London or other large cities.Large selection of wines at reasonable prices.

There is no bar. You can order drinks from the staff who will bring to your room or have in one of the common areas/terraces.

We stayed in the twin-bed room with disabled access on the ground floor. It had everything needed for a short stay. But, the best about this hotel is the restaurant and personnel. At last, a gourmet restaurant that lived up to its name. Great food and service. The continental breakfast was also very good. The public rooms of the hotel were all very tastefully designed. Secure parking on site was an added bonus.

Our room and bathroom were quite dated and iworthy of renovation.

Extremely good noise protection and comfortable beds, excellent dinner and one of the best wine lists we have seen for some time; top friendly service, worth riding an extra distance; have already booked it again on our way back home. Sincerely recommended !!!!!!
