It's a "campus" place next to the road with a bunch of hotels, chain restrants (Del Arte, McDonalds several others) located nearby, accessible only by car. perfect place for an overnight sleep on the route by car to somewhere. Fully automated check-in worked just fine, only contact with the personnel I had was to say goodbye in the morning. Very clean and nice, new furniture, triple room of a reasonable size, very good value for money, free parking, a bunch of chain restraints next door. Bakery in 50 meters open in the morning is the right place for the breakfast. McDonalds open until midnight, DelArte and other stuff open relatively late. So if you arrive by 10 p. m. you won't die from hunger.
Although it's a feature, not a bug, after all it's a roadside motel located in the suburbs of the middle of nowhere. The only reasonable use case is to drive-in, sleep and go, I hardly imagine anyone staying here for longer than one night. I didn't test breakfast as it's most probably not worth it. You've got other options just nearby so not a big deal.

This hotel is convenient for a stopover on the way back from my holiday home in the Tarn et Garonne. It has a lift, breakfast is included if you are a Genius level with Booking.com and it is close to the centre of Chartres to see the Son et Lumiere. It is also walking distance to several restaurants. We got a discount at the Belgian chain restaurant 50 yards away because we were staying here. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Reception were pleasant. Breakfast was adequate. There is parking.
The pillows were awful. Flat, lumpy and only one not enough as a consequence. The towels were thin. The parking is not gated, which can be a worry if you have a car full of stuff you don't want to unload. We made sure to take in all valuables. The breakfast was a little sparse at 9 am, due I suspect to a lot of workers using the hotel and leaving early.

Clean room, beds, bathroom. Good location for breaking up the journey between South France and Calais and vice versa Easy, reliable late check-in machine. Great coffee machine at breakfast! Friendly staff. Good value compared with competitors in the same price range. Comfy beds and working Aircon this time in this room (last week there was an issue).
Boy racers using the local surrounding roads as a race circuit and doing donuts throughout the night. This was really noisy and we had to keep the window closed. Not the fault of the hotel but the local businesses could make sure that the police or local authority do something about this - speed cameras, number plate recognition cameras, even a regular police presence perhaps?!

It was nice to stay at this hotel on our way from England to Portugal. The beds are confortable, the rooms are clean and staff are very friendly.
There wasn't enough towels and the reception was close at midnight, so no one to ask for more towels. The breakfast is really limited, orange juice, machine with coffee and chocolate tea and water. Bread slices to toast and mini croissants, just butter or jams to put in. No Ham or Cheese, not worth the money I paid.

Obviously a basic hotel, but this one seems almost new and in good condition. Rooms are adequate, spotless and well maintained although the window in our unit was very difficult to shut. Didn't go for the cheap but prepacked breakfast. Only slight worry is car security as a busy area with many restaurants and other hotels but floodlit car park and CCTV should make it secure.
Concern about non secure parking.

spotlessly clean, Very quiet. Good parking facilities, once you had actually managed to find the place. Good choice of restaurants within easy walking distance. All in all a good place for a stop over.
Location, although very well placed, very difficult to find as it wasn't listed on my TomTom sat nav and is tucked away in a shopping complex. I had to stop twice to ask for directions, not too easy when towing a trailer and having to double back because it is not visible from the main road. On the whole, very good value although it is evident where corners are being cut to save on costs, eg. no soap dispenser in the bathroom, only in the shower, and no plates in the breakfast room only paper serviettes. Also only tea spoons and knives available for the rather meagre variety of breakfast choices, although, for the price, still very good value.

Very good value for money. It is as you would expect as a motorway halfway house for people on long journeys. We stayed in 2 such hotels on a long trip there and back. This one was very good, the other was terrible so it is all about expectation for what you pay. This is decent value for money in my opinion.
Coffee was really not good at breakfast.

Having stayed at this Hotel many times on my way to and from the South I have always found it to be an excellent stop over. All of the Hotel is always spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just off the N 154 but surrounded by restaurants and a massive shopping center just across the road.
My only complaint is that the breakfast is limited, Some cereal would be much appreciated.

The room was basic, but more than adequate. We vowed never to use Premier Class again after bad experiences in other hotels, and especially the one at Calais, which was dirty beyong belief, and over run by immigrants, and despite complain, we never had a respose.. This was a happy contrast.
For the money, I cant think of anything

Great location to get public transport into Chartres. Bus stop 3mins walk from hotel. Free parking. Very helpful and cheery staff. Excellent cleaning of room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was always ready on time and every item was replenished quickly. Hotel in general was very clean and staff were always busy, no standing around chatting!
Nothing!
