Staff is very friendly, warm and helpful. Easy parking. Breakfast is continental and nice, pretty common and comparable to other establishments in the region. The rooms are comfortable, clean and silent. It can get a little, so it would be great to have an airconditioning option in the future (maybe there are rooms with airconditioning, but we've stayed here twice now and have not encountered it). What really sets this place apart is the location. It's charming and characteristic, on a hillside right next to the beach. Literally a 3 minute walk downhill. There's sometihng very relaxing bout the spacious grounds surrounding the hotel, nothing too fancy, but you can walk around, relax and it's a great vantage point to watch the ocean waves slide on the beach or watch a great sunsets. The hotel neighbours a good bakery, which is always a plus, and is located to easily travel (by car) to the local sights and towns.

Excellent location. Free parking. Friendly staff and pleasant to communicate with. Breakfast is normal, nothing special, but everything you need for breakfast. Quiet and beautiful place, corresponds to the photos on the site.

No internet! You are given passwords and logins, but the internet is not available. If it is necessary to hold an online meeting - it is not possible. And the second minus is the smell of the toilet, you need to close tightly the lid and door :) And the same smell is present on the reception desk. The room where breakfast is served smells of chlorine, so you had breakfast outside. I think there are problems with the hotel’s sewage system and we can solve them to eliminate the smells. Everything else is great.

We stayed room 106,with patio view. Covered parking on site around the back of hotel. Host facilitiated for us to remain in our room for extra night due to bad weather. Bed large and comfy, excellent en suite bath and shower . Large flat screen tv. Plenty of room to store our motorcycle gear. Excellent restaurant on sea front, about 5 minuites walk from hotel...Resto la Plage....cheese and meat board to share was huge, couldn't eat all our mussels afterwards. We used the boulangerie across the road for water and snacks. Had breakfast at hotel, continental choice, was good.

This is a gorgeous historic property on the sea. It is surrounded by other Belle epoque homes and the path to the beach is very accessible. The reception was extremely kind and welcoming, like we were in another era.

The breakfast rom was gorgeous and vintage. But the food and coffee was not very good. It was a limited selection with no hot food. however the croissants were excellent. One other limitation is that there is no way to make tea or coffee in the room and no fridge.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the room in the annexe block was lovely, a good size and a great location with direct access which makes life very easy when travelling with a dog.

I would have loved a fridge and a kettle in the room to make tea and coffee as we're not breakfast people but would have loved a cuppa before starting out on our long journey. It looks as if they used to have these facilities as there was a gap where a fridge would have been.

Friendly staff and the proximity of the sea, cliffs and beach!! Wonderful views after walking 100-200 meters from the hotel.

Our room was in separate 1-room building and the WiFi access there was non-existing, as stated openly. WiFi should be made accessible for all. Breakfast was quite limited for the bread selection and as typical in France, no greens like paprika, tomatoes or cucumber, just some fruits like bananas.

the views - unobstructed sea view - were amazing. Nice terrace, with sunset. Really authentic style. Excellent staff. Beautiful region.

No kettle in the room, so no coffee unless breakfast is open. No restaurant - not a big deal, but bring something to eat for your first evening. (or drive into Tréport (10 mins)

Dated property, seen better days but one of our favourite…….. so so quiet and breakfast was really good

The fact that we arrived after a long day in the saddle to find there was no restaurant, no worries there is a restaurant 2 mins walk away, do we have to reserve we said, no was the answer…… guess what? Restaurant full….. no food that night as there is nothing else in the town!!!

We booked a junior suite with sea view and balcony which was very nice and had a four poster bed! Views out to sea and the surrounding large lawned area which also has a campsite with chalets and pitches but not open this early in the season. The hotel has rooms arranged in a sort of colonial motel style on the upper level and others in the main hotel at the front of the building. A short (but steep) walk to the small beach and restaurant a few meters away. Plenty of convenient parking.

Even though it was a dog friendly hotel, pets were not allowed in the breakfast room so I suppose it would be room service although this wasn't offered when we asked. Wi Fi and phone signal very patchy but apparently due to be updated. Dining opportunities limited but Le Treport is only a few k's up the coast.

The hotel is very close to the beach and also to other small towns where restaurants and other activities are available. The rooms are big, the bed is very large. The staff is very kind and helpful.
