The staff was amazing. They greeted you as soon as you walked in and took care of everything. They send out a survey prior to your stay to offer services to make your stay more accommodating. We choose parking, which i feel is a must have, and they valet the car for you. They had a great breakfast, lots of options and a server to aid you with your meal. Bed was comfy , room and bathroom were very clean, and we had nice views. My hubby loved that we could open the windows, look out and enjoy the cool air. Hotel location was good as well. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go and the atmosphere was extraordinary on the streets. If I went back to France I would stay here in Dijon again in a heartbeat!

The staff were incredibly helpful, storing our bags, advising when our rooms were ready, offering maps and advice. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Access to internet was simple and reliable. The hotel was well positioned in the historic area of Dijon with easy walking access around the city.

The staff was always helpful. What made our stay at this hotel better than expected was the Michelin-stared restaurant within the hotel. We wouldn't have dined there hadn't we stayed at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, too. Would stay again when we return to Dijon.

Breakfast was stellar with amazing coffee, homemade yogurt, fruit, etc. Staff was friendly & helpful & the room was more than adequate with a very comfortable bed. No problem recommending this hotel to others.

We enjoyed our stay at Hostellerie Du Chapeau Rogue passing through Dijon for one night. The rooms are clean and standard size for European hotel. The hotel is in the middle of the historic area of Dijon. Our room in the back of the hotel was quiet. Valet parking worked well.

The bed, cleanliness and the very friendly and helpful staff.

The temperature of the water changes on its own! It changes by itself! I have to keep adjusting the hot and cold water knob. First night, the noise from the outside disturbed my entire night sleep. Second night was okay.

Room had a jacuzzi, large size bed. Staff well trained and outgoing, and going beyond expectations. Hotel just minutes from main attractions. Didn’t have breakfast so unable to comment. Have a Michelin starred restaurant on ground floor.

Bathroom: we had a shower in a Jacuzzi type bath. The bath was slippery and too high to step in and out in a safely manner. No grip, no nothing. Really very dangerous!

Easy walk to the center of old Dijon. Lots of good restaurants close by. The concierge was very helpful in recommending places which were not Michelin rated. Enjoyed both restaurants immensely. The staff was extraordinarily helpful in small ways such as having our rental car ready and helping me with french language tips.

The breakfast was not buffet style. Hence the choices were quite limited to a few thin slices of meats and breads/pastries. The coffee could have been stronger since i prefer a robust darker flavor.
